I’m very glad these guys exist! Professional, communicative, meticulous, punctual, and absolutely solutions-driven. I recently faced what can only be described as a biblical-plague-level onslaught of cluster flies in a workshop I’m remodeling for business use. I’m not exaggerating when I say billions of flies appeared overnight—collecting in unsettling piles, twitching and convulsing as they slipped into hibernation. It looked like a horror movie. And the excrement? Next-level. Another pest control company had already sprayed and bombed a few times, but nothing was actually working. After doing my own research (and spiraling a bit), I realized these were cluster flies with a pheromone-driven instinct to return annually. Not great. I knew I needed a company that not only knew what they were doing, but had a real plan of attack. Enter Infinity Pest Solutions—thankfully recommended by ChatGPT. They showed up the same day I called, assessed the situation, and actually had answers. Shawn identified a huge number of entry points all over my metal building caused by the ribbed siding and roof. They put together a plan to install excluder material into every single nook, gap, and crevice—which was a massive, tedious job involving ladders around the whole structure. They also used materials that maintain attic ventilation, which I appreciated. Then they went into the attic and added even more screens and exclusion material at the ridge line. It was a ton of work, and they handled it with precision and patience. While here, they also tackled another long-neglected problem in a separate building where raccoons had once invaded and taken a proclivity to defecating in the attic above the ceiling drywall. Long after the raccoons were gone, their toxic mess remained. Infinity gutted the building and fully sanitized it with DSV. During the cleanup, they uncovered some old termite damage that had seriously compromised a couple of studs. Infinity is now replacing those studs and installed termite bait stations around the property to prevent future damage. After seeing the level of damage the termites had done in secret behind the insulation, I’m convinced they are sneaky little devils with voracious appetites for world domination. I could almost hear them chanting, “Long live the queen”… although certainly not if Infinity has anything to do with it. It’s great to work with a locally owned company with this level of expertise and commitment to swiftly solving customer problems not just in the short term but for the best long term outcomes.

I initially had Shawn and his crew come because we were being eaten alive by ticks and mosquitoes. I agreed to have them do a whole house inspection, and thank goodness we did! They discovered mildew/mold in the crawlspace where we had an addition added, and the start of termite trails. They immediately developed a plan and went through everything that needed to be done to make our home safe and protect our investment. Shawn and Joey kept us informed daily on what they were doing and where they were in the process. Their crew did a fabulous job and kept the entire worksite clean throughout the process. They even made a nice little brick area outside of our gate that they didn't have to do! As for the ticks and mosquitoes, we have not seen or been bitten by a tick in the last 3 weeks - one of us was getting ticks weekly! We have signed on for their monthly treatment and are happy to continue with them!!

They were great. Took care of the bottles and gave me info on how to prevent it. Way better than Terminix! These guys were curious and communicate well. I signed up for regular service which was cheaper but seems to be better already. I had to get a picture of this guy! :)
