Lee is what every business should be about: taking care of the customer no matter what it takes. We had an especially difficult ant problem and he came back four different times to get the ants eradicated. It was frustrating for him, but he handled it with class. Because of this first experience with him, Lee would be our first choice in the future. He knows his trade and is a professional and not a novice.

In fairness, this is the first time I've ever used a service like this. I have no complaints. They came when promised. So far I've seen no indication that the work was ineffective. I have no frame of reference for price.

This is a one-man business. Lee knows exactly what he's doing. And he is always on time.

All was fine, but I found out Sunday, March 19th, on my 81st birthday that the moths had returned and have destroyed more of my wool carpet. I couldn't find the paperwork to call, so went to this website and learned a few things. Evidently, it was Lee at Infinity Pest Control who sprayed my place. I was pleased with him and his work. Now, how long is his work guaranteed? That's what I need to know and if he returns, will it have a better guarantee?

I called on a Saturday and Lee fit me in the same day. We were having spider and ant problem. We have not had any problems sense. He said he will return at no charge for 3 month if needed. WE will have him back next spring.
