"After a year of constantly trying to contact John W. we have been unsuccessful and the bill has not been paid. As the owner I have personally seen to it that this project was completed according to standard industry practices and all building code requirements The leaky gutters he is speaking of were not contracted to be replaced by us on the 2nd story of his home. We did replace the gutters on the lower level of the home and have had no leaks in the gutters we were hired to do. All other repairs have been made and the roof has passed inspection."
