Quality of work is excellent, pricing is fair and customer service very good. The remodeling project was extensive and we couldn't be happier with the finished work.

Problems found along the way were discussed with me before moving forward. Knew to budget for the unexpected and the costs were kept low.

They repaired the roof over my deck. They also found flashing missing where the deck roof joins the main roof, and repaired that (small extra charge). But there remained a gap between the strip wood over the edges of the ceiling panels and I asked them to fix that. They came back to examine it and advised that the strips could not be fastened any tighter because of the structural work supporting the roof. However, they caulked the gap and it solved the problem. There was no charge for this follow up work. The people were courteous and hard working.

Work was done very quickly. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. Josh let me know what was going on with my adjuster and when his team woukd be working. It was really nice having such an organized and efficient crew working on my home and keeping us from getting stressed out about all the work that needed to be done. It was done quickly and done well, and we really appreciated it.
