Called to have my septic pumped. First impression was good but I feel I was mislead on the cost. Quoted $450 for septic to be pumped. Told I would be informed of any additional cost before work was done. When he uncovered the septic, I was told the lid was broken and the septic would need to be replaced. We agreed to $6000 with risers and what I thought was septic pumped?the original job he was called to do. I was informed I had to pay 1/2 today and other half when job completed. Then I was asked if i was going to pay the company that was pumping the tank. What? I called him to pump it. Makes me question if he broke my lid so he could put a new septic in. Again I thought why would he ask that when that was what I called him to do. That afternoon I was called and told it would be another $500 for risers. When job was done he tells me my remaining balance is $3950?.not what we initially discussed for the $6000 after paying 1/2 at $3000. Why was I asked to pay another company $450?

Came out and stayed all day. Repaired pipes under house and kitchen sink pipes. Cost about 2500.00. Called back the next day about the sink pipes coming apart. Lasted about 3 days. Called back and the service guy called me back and said he would be here the next morning between 7 and 8am. Never showed up, never called. Was a very nice guy and maybe he was told not to come back. I am still getting high water Bills(80 range). We are also repairing every other day. Pipes under sink popping out and kitchen floor flooded with water. They also told us the pipes were made to fit without glue. But they keep popping out. I would suggest you spend your dollars with a reputable company. I do not have this kind of money to throw into the wind. Now after all this, we have to call someone else or my 82 year old husband has to try his hand at plumbing.

Great company..came out to give an estimate it was reasonable for the work that needed to be done and he went picked up the supplies came back and got the job done and he was a one man show and the last company that came out said it would be a two day job and it was 2 of them. Bottom line the right company got the job done. I highly recommend

This was the third plumbing I got to clean a clogged line from my spare bath. The first was not a licensed plumber, trying to save a little money and could not clear. Went and rented an auger to try and clear myself without any luck. Contacted my home warranty service and sent a plumber and he couldn't clear the drainage. He recommended I contact a company to have my line hydra jet. I had setup with a national company however I cancelled. During this time I had posted on Home Advisor since I had luck with them on a different issue. I was called by the owner however since I had contacted my home warranty company I told him I'd let him know. I called Infinity and they immediately came out. John Tisdale (the owner) reassured me that he would get it working before he left and he did. He went over things with me and the cost was reasonable. I will use him from now on. I also will always use Home Advisor from now on as well.
