This was the third plumbing I got to clean a clogged line from my spare bath. The first was not a licensed plumber, trying to save a little money and could not clear. Went and rented an auger to try and clear myself without any luck. Contacted my home warranty service and sent a plumber and he couldn't clear the drainage. He recommended I contact a company to have my line hydra jet. I had setup with a national company however I cancelled. During this time I had posted on Home Advisor since I had luck with them on a different issue. I was called by the owner however since I had contacted my home warranty company I told him I'd let him know. I called Infinity and they immediately came out. John Tisdale (the owner) reassured me that he would get it working before he left and he did. He went over things with me and the cost was reasonable. I will use him from now on. I also will always use Home Advisor from now on as well.

Another company took a quick and dirty approach to problem solving and quickly told me I needed a $15,000 new leach line system. John took a systematic stepwise approach from least costly to most. I didn't need new leach lines, just replace the first 15 feet of mainline, which I learned is 9 out of 10 times the fix that is needed. John saved me $10,000.
