Bathroom - Remodel
Homeowners beware: this company has a different, unlicensed contractor, Samuel Colby, operating under their name and performing fraudulent, dangerous work in homes within VT. This starts with a request for advance payment for work that is never completed and is then followed up by repeated, harassing calls for payment. This is not a reputable company if allowing such an unprofessional, unlicensed individual working under their name, who nearly burned my house down by his actions.

Interior Painting or Staining: 3 - 4 Rooms
Apparently, Infinity Solutions hired a sub-contractor to do my painting job. The contract was null and void because of statements made by the contractor. I am trying to get a refund of my down payment for half the job which was not even started.

Much of the work was done in anticipation of the arrival of a new range/oven unit. It was functionally correct, but the tall outlet 'box' prevented ideal placement of the range/oven. Infinity Solutions returned to make small adjustments. We're delighted with the final result and with knowing who we're going to call next time.

Robert has done outstanding work for us! A lot more than electrical. He also did an awesome job putting in new breaker box. Done some work on an outlet that caught a wall on fire. In addition to doing the wiring for our laundry room - he did everything to redesign the laundry room. He is always willing to answer my questions and make sure I understand why and what is being done - extremely kind and patient with me. Never have had a rude opportunity with him. I strongly recommend as this is a True Professional.

It was a good experience from start to finish. They were able to assess our project, schedule an installation, and complete the job within a week from contact. Customer service was courteous and professional. Robert was respectful of our home, and worked within our budget.
