"On this particular day we had some pretty bad monsoon rain. I was a half hour late and when the customer greeted me at the door he was upset right off the bat. I tried to explain the reason for the delay and he let me in and showed me the TV that he was requesting service for. For this particular TV he wanted the cables concealed. We talked through my plan on creating an entrance point in the drywall behind the TV as well as an exit point down at the bottom where there would be a professional face plate where the cable exited. The TV was approximately 7 to 8 years old per the customer. He and I lifted it off of the existing Mount together and laid it neatly on a pillow on the floor. The TV did not move at all until he and I remounted it after the concealing of the wires was completed. Once the TV was back on the mount, I asked him to turn it on where he then exclaimed, there's a big crack! Immediately from another room I heard the wife saying, "that crack was already there!" Look at the customer and he turned around and stormed into the kitchen and admonished his wife and told her to stop talking. I then advised him that the TV did not move from the point where he and I placed it neatly on a pillow until we wasted it back up on the wall. He then said he heard some sort of a noise when he had left the room momentarily but did not come back to check on it implying that somehow I did something that would have cracked the screen. The original quote was for $150, I asked him for payment of $100 for the work that I did do and he demanded that I get out of his house, so I packed my bags and left. This is exactly as it happened, no more no less."
"Hi, you must have me confused with a different Pro. I did not work on your project."
"This person may be confused but I don't know who this customer is nor did I do any work for him so I'm sorry this happened to him but it was not me that he was dealing with."
