Since starting Infinity Tech Repair in 2017, I have built a portfolio of happy customers who continue to use my services because of my mission to maintain high-quality customer service. I am a CompTIA A+ certified technician who has been repairing Macs and PCs since age ten. Alex was very professional. Wore a mask the entire time he was working. He completed his evaluation of what I needed quickly and sent me recommendations for other equipment to help with our network setup. And even though this visit was really to see what was needed and quote the work, he still took care of something that visit at my request. Alex is already scheduled to come back to complete the work needed.
