This service pressured me into the most expensive solution. And after more than $12,000, my lawn still has the same drainage problem and I have a violation with the town and the company owner is completely unresponsive. They claimed I had a 20 yr warranty but the moment the bill was paid, never heard from them again. It has been 9 months with no resolution to my concern. Irresponsible and poor experience at best. Criminally negligent at worst.

The provider was responsive and reliable. We had several conversations about the work and negotiated cost. The work was completed and to date appears to be effective as far as mitigating water intrusion into the basement. My complaint is that the provider will not respond to me about a concern that has arisen since he finished the work. I have reached out looking for suggestions on how to deal with something that has occurred on one of the walls he worked on. He has not been responsive to phone calls, text messages or emails. I attempted multiple times between Aug 30, 2025 to Sep 16, 2025 and he has never returned my calls/messages. The work is supposedly guaranteed for 25 years according to the invoices he provided to me.
