ACTUAL WORK DONE WAS OUTSTANDING.. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN OWNER AND CUSTOMER COULD DEFINETLY STAND SOME IMPROVEMENT. AT TIMES THEY DIDNT SHOW UP WHEN STATED... BUT THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS OUTSTANDING.

Gave a quote, showed up just as promised, job looks beautiful. They even did another room with leftover plank flooring. Definitely would hire again

After submitting a request for a quote online, I received a call within 10 minutes. They showed up for the home quote on time and were available to come over in the late afternoon since both my husband and I work full-time. We were able to get a finite date for one week later with no issues. Every worker was polite and professional and they also moved the furniture for us, removed the carpet and disposed of the carpet for us. They made it a point to explain the process before and during the flooring installation and made sure that they were proud of the work they were doing. The flooring turned out amazing and they were able to finish the second floor in one day. They even stayed the to prevent delaying the project another day. There were no hidden fees and most importantly they honored the original date that was scheduled. I highly recommend Infinity Wood Floors. P.S. they were also very dog friendly.

Arien is the owner of this company. He is very knowledegable, engaged and passionate about his business. He is a wood floor specialist and only does wood floors, but will also install vinyl planking if you purchase the materials. They use a dustless sanding system and suggested the permeating stain for our 70 year old clear fir wood floor that has been covered by carpet for years. The floor had parquet flooring glued to the wood around the edges and in the doorway. The workers got the floors sanded down to a point where the parquet wood flooring was unnoticeable. They look brand new! He recommended Rubio Monocoat for the floors as the wear and tear would be easier to maintain than any other finish. We went with a natural color and really like it. Since the wood floors are fir, they are somewhat soft so we do need to be careful not to wear heels and drop things. He said no other finish would be able to protect much more and scratches would be more visible. He also gave us some special soap to use and some oil to help with repairs. It's pretty cool how it all works. If I have trouble with the fir we may opt to upgrade to a harder wood like Oak in a few years. I would definitely hire them again and am trying to work them in to our schedule and finances for our small oak floor entry way at our house. We've just spend a great deal on my father in law's update. Pretty sure I wouldn't ask anyone else to do this but Infinity Wood Flooring, Arien and his team. The only reason I rated work quality is because last time they did a maintenance, they didn't get close enough to the walls and it was visible. They are coming back out today to fix some of the issues we've noticed... This company stands by their work!

These folks are awesome. Tom worked on my 200 square foot kitchen flooring for 12 hours straight!!! Had to make him take breaks every now and again!! I love the flooring. I would definitely hire these folks again and recommend them, too!

First worked with us extensively to select the best hardwood and stain. 2nd, showed up on time and completed the work on time. 3rd, crew was extremely qualified and very person oriented/friendly 4th and best they did an absolutely magnificent job. They even went above and beyond their original obligations by adding items at no charge and debugging/installing a new dishwasher that we purchased while the old one was out.

I wish that thay would of covered stuff to keep the sawdust off the tops of stuff. But if you want someone to walk you through the process Infinity is right there. My floors look great, I got the LVT and I love it. Would I hire them again. YES I WOULD.

My experience with Arian Goodson and the Infinity Wood Flooring Company could not have been better!!! I was in Jeopardy at the time, of losing a loan I desperately needed because I could not find anybody to help me. No contractors were available and I was fairly new to the area and actually had just retired from 40-plus years in the real estate/remodeling business. I knew what I was up against. In my desperation I remembered Home Advisor and thought it couldn't hurt to put my plea out and see what would happen... well, within minutes of hitting the submit button Arian Goodson from the Infinity Wood Flooring Company gave me a call:) I explained every aspect of my high-stress situation to him in which he calmly replied, " no problem, we can handle that!"...I could hardly believe what I was hearing, it just felt way too good to be true but you know, it wasn't! Arian was super busy too but regardless he showed up the next day and put together a plan that would complete every part of the remodel I needed. I was so grateful and relieved, I also knew I was working with a true Master Craftsman (and I am very discriminating):) He and his wonderful crew showed up every day on time and did the most beautiful, creative, artistic and precise work....it's hard to find words, they were such a pleasure and so much fun to work with, (that is not always the case)! I looked forward to them coming everyday and now I have a kitchen that is so beautiful, it's a work of art:) The cabinet company that built the cabinets wants to showcase it as they were so impressed with the detail and design. The other great part of this story is, I did get the loan🎉.... and, for the very fair price Arian charged me, I simply could not be more pleased! I could not have asked for more and I can't wait to use them again. In the near future we're already planning some projects and I so look forward to them! Very professional and good service. Within a week of being contacted my floors were being installed. The crew moved all of the furniture, laid the flooring and put soft pads on all furniture before putting back on my new laminated wood floors.i would highly recommend Arian and his crew. Thank you Home Advisor for recommending a top notch company. They also put nice moldings on all of the walls and around the kitchen cabinets.

Arian and his staff provided excellent service in my laminate repair due to a plumbing leak. They came the day they were contacted and reviewed with me the necessary repair. The next day they completed as explained and I could not be happier with the job. Excellent workmanship.

Make sure you get written quote from this individual and check billing. Caught trying to bill for significant materials I purchased and made him correct billing. Very nice person but sharp material protruded from metal framing. Floor installation left gaps between wall and floor. Didn't notice until after I moved into home.

Glad we decided on Infinity Wood Flooring, Arian and his team are very experienced and they all possess a strong attention to detail that we admired throughout the project. In the beginning Arian sat down with us and discussed the project from start to finish. His knowledge of the various woods was found to be very helpful in our decision. Our project consisted of the installation of raw wood, sand and seal. Their modern equipment really does eliminate any dust from the sanding. I think anyone contemplating the installation of wood flooring should consider Infinity Wood Flooring. We are quite satisfied with the results and highly recommend them.

Infinity wood floors just completed the pergo floor install throughout my entire downstairs. Absolutely spectacular work! The crew were incredibly nice, hardworking and ready to exceed any and all expectations. The owner has a really outstanding work ethic and it shows by the crew performance. I got numerous quotes and theirs was by far the better deal but mostly Arian and crew earned my trust and confidence. I am having them back to do future flooring jobs in my house. Hire this company, you will not be sorry.

Arian and his team installed 500 sq. ft. of laminate that I had purchased for my great room. The job was completed in one day and the room looks wonderful.

I just recently purchased a home that had ash hardwood floors. I hired Arian to refinish the existing floors and to install new flooring in the dining room. A major challenge we had is that all correspondence was done long distance, I was in CT and the house is in Poulsbo. Arian was straight forward and professional. He contacted me when necessary with updates and the work was done on schedule. The floors are gorgeous and I would highly recommend Arian to anyone in the area. I'm actually going to hire him again to refinish my outdoor deck.

After years of doing all of our own remodeling work,including hardwood floors, we decided to hire a professional. We are so glad we did! Arian exceded our expectations on all levels including design ideas to tie in existing flooring to new. We are so pleased with the outcome of our floors and can really appreciate the hard work that it takes to do this quality of craftsmanship. Arian and his crew were wonderful to work with. Our newly purchased house wood floors were In an awful condition but now look like a brand new installation. Arian (owner/pro) listened to our needs and cares that his customer's expectations are met or exceeded. He is all about doing the project right the first time. We would use Infinity Flooring again should we ever needed.

They were professional and did excellent work. The floors and trim look fantastic😊I was just a little stupid when pricing the install of trim didn't think it would cost that much.

Refinished oak flooring in our dinning room and stair landing. It looks great. Would use them again if I need any type of flooring work done in the future.
