Explained the job in detail to Josh over the phone and asked for an approximate dollar amount. He said around $200.00. We scheduled an appointment for one of his technicians to come out and take a look and assess the situation. His technician was over an hour late. No one called. I finally called an asked if we were still on or not. They finally showed up. After explaining the job in detail again his technician confirmed the approximate cost to complete the project and said that Josh would get back with me on that. The bid was $660.00. I inquired as to what happened that the cost went from approximately $200.00 to $660.00. After a couple of days trying to find out what had happened I finally figured out and helped them to see that some of the work that they had written down to do was either already done, didn t need to be done, didn t ask for it to be done. Apparently thought I was either too ignorant and/or stupid to recognize bologna when I see it or hear it. Finally brought the price of the job down to $500.00. We scheduled a day to get the work done. They show up on time this time and began doing the work. Before they started I reminded them again that I wanted my 60 Samsung TV CENTERED in the wall above the fireplace. I get out of their way come back later and find the TV NOT CENTERED (centered left and right but not up and down) on wall above fireplace. Guy says, Opps! I forgot. They said that they could fix it but, they would have to drill some more holes. The other thing was that half the wires we were going to drop behind the wall turned out that we didn t need to do that because I had forgot that I had the Rocketfish Wireless set up and so 3 of the 6 speakers that I thought we were going to need speaker wire dropped behind the wall didn t need to be done which means they had A LOT LESS WORK TO DO THAN WE HAD ORIGINALLY THOUGHT. Seeing as how they didn t have to do half as much work AND they had mounted our TV in the wrong spot I felt it was reasonable to drop the price of the work by at least $100.00 or so. Josh did not. I could have made an issue of it but, I decided let it go and go ahead and pay the $500.00 + tax which came to $537.50. Everyone needs Mercy and God is more than able to put back in my pocket whatever funds are STOLEN from me and my family.

These guys knew exactly what they were doing. I m very happy and would recommend them to all. Professional, courteous and efficient. I wish they would ve worn the little booties on their shoes but it wasn t really a big deal. Anyway, 2 thumbs up for Ingen Acoustics!
