Ingram company Limited

I contracted Ingram Company Limited (owner, Konner Ingram) to install concrete countertops. I was told he had experience with concrete countertops. After many unexpected mishaps, the end product is unacceptable and unusable - unlevel, coated with non food grade polyurethane, and already failing in many spots. The incorrect concrete product was used. In addition, my house was completely coated in concrete dust due to the promised protective protocols being bypassed. No plastic was hung, no air filtration was used, and nothing was covered while they sanded. After being told I would be given a credit and the concrete would be taken out, and we came up with a plan for a new countertop, I found out they were planning on only crediting me $615 of the $1615 I paid for the job. I spent approximately $500 on air cleaning equipment to clear the air in my home, and myself and three others cleaned for 40 hours to return my home to neutral.
