Charles very quickly responded to my request for a price to haul off a refrigerator and a washing machine. His price was very reasonable - amount a third of what a National chain quoted. He was able to complete the job on a Sunday evening - less than 24 hours after I made the request for a quote. He was very friendly, respectful of property. I will definitely keep Ingram Bobcat in mind for future projects.

They did a good job, but we had a hard time connecting, because if weather and various Intruptions. When they did finally come, they worked hard and quick. They had said they would clean up all the leaves but they didn't pick up the leaves, just the limbs.

Charles went above and beyond what I expected. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional.
