Write a ReviewWonderful customer service and very happy and positive! They did great work and I will be keeping them in mind for future cleans I may have.
Very easy to work with ... accommodated my schedule. The was a move out cleaning and the property manager remarked on the great job. I would recommend this service highly!
Ingrid did an amazing job cleaning every inch of my apartment before my move out! She was also super friendly. Would highly recommend!
Ingrid is great.
Needed a last minute cleaning so she did great.
I want to start by saying she is a very sweet person and is good at cleaning your average cleaning job. But as for my personal experience This was specified as a MOVE OUT clean. She confirmed thatâ s what we asked for in her voice Mail so I assumed she understood what that meant. Itâ s a rather more in depth cleaning Job basically requiring more than just a bucket of hot water and soap and a rag. It is to make the house look as new as possible so that people who are spending upwards $700000 for a house do not have to look at anybody elseâ s gunk left behind. That being said, she came on time, spent 8 hours upstarts where there is just a master and 2 beds and 2 baths, it was late so she didnâ t want to come back the next day so she rushed the downstairs and and somehow finished that in two hours which was two dining room area is a half a bath, a kitchen, a living room, and a laundry area. As you can imagine, we had to call her to come back because I got tired of finding things that I needed to clean i.e. the other side of the blinds, the light switches, which we asked her specifically to do but I guess she didnâ t understand. It takes more than a rag and water. It takes getting in between the cracks. I also believe in a move out you should have things like goo gone and small tools to get the job done. I honestly think sheâ s a good made but all made should understand why they move out clean is and do not take on the job. If it is not something you are well versed in. We paid a lot of money for a job that I honestly couldâ ve done myself because at the end of the day, even after we asked her to come back, I still found myself cleaning the house. But like I said, she is a good maid she listens I just donâ t think she quite understood how deep of a clean it was supposed to be, but she was willing to come back the next day and she was very kind and her help was very kind. I hate to have to leave a review like this, but it was very frustrating for me to watch my parents pay that kind of money and clean their house afterwards.
Excellent housekeeper but as time goes by Ingrid is completely unreliable, rarely comes at scheduled time. Very poor communication. Scheduled appointment for 11:30, waited 1 hr, texted her- said she was running late... waited another hour, but she still hadn't arrived. Waited another hour (now 2:30, 3 hrs after scheduled appointment), texted to ask what was happening and Ingrid replied she quit. Her complete disregard for your time is not only disrespectful but truly unacceptable. Did not even have the curtesy to tell me, instead had agreed she would be arriving at 1:30. Would not answer phone or reply to my plea for her to come this last time as promised. I waited all day, prepared the house and she quits just like that? What professional does that? I am working full time as an oncology nurse, caring for my unwell elderly mother, and we are both just recovering from COVID. Despite Ingrid being aware of all this, she has no consideration for my time. She went so far as to tell me "people like me make her sick". What people?? Those that support her and her family? Those that speak highly of her to others and always refer her to anyone in need? Those that tip well? Highly disappointing and very unprofessional behavior given that I have gone above and beyond to be kind and considerate. I serve the team tea or coffee and biscuits. I try to be considerate to tidy before their arrival to make it easier for them. I always tip- including a $200 tip for her time and effort to clean my mother house. Simply because I expressed my displeasure that she never arrives as promised and then tries to reschedule for another day hours after she was due to arrive? Then to be additionally rude and hurtful she stated: "you're just an unhappy person. Well... given my current circumstances in caring for my dying mother how should I be?? Where is the compassion?? Aren't you religious?? Who does that? She and her team have worked for me for over 2 years. I am shocked by her lack of integrity, blantent disrespect and disregard for her clients. Despite being thorough when she and her team do finally arrive, she is terribly unreliable and her communication skills are even worse. Unless you do not mind waiting hours on end for her not to arrive at her scheduled appointment time, have her attempt to cancel at the last minute, and then belittle and insult you, I suppose she's the one for you. I cannot recommend in good faith.
Ingrid and her team are truly excellent. Lovely personality, always upbeat and positive. Did a very thorough job cleaning. Would definitely recommend.
I really appreciated her attention to detail. She cleaned shutters, screens, window sills, and window channels and used a toothbrush for the hard to get to areas. In addition, Ingrid is very caring. She made sure to take care of our pets, furniture, and carpets.
A very thorough cleaning.
