No a reliable company

His lack of communication is the biggest flaw that he has. He does not respond to text messages or phone calls.

Owner took a deposit from me, half the total project, in May 2018. He returned to drain the pool and won't return my calls. Its July 17, 2018

They came out the same day I called to replace our liner. Very prompt, reasonable and great work!

He continues to give me dates to work and does not show up. He promised me many times he would show up and still hasn't. He blames his workers and has no follow through. Very poor business practices.

I hired Mike to replace my above ground pool liner. He was very quick to respond and was quick to advise of his experience level. The pricing was attractive as well so I hired him and they were very timely in scheduling as well as meeting the timeline. One of the primary concerns I shared with him was the base under the liner as there were pockets that the vacuum would get stuck when cleaning. I asked that they be prepared to add sand to address the problem. On the day of install, I went outside to check on progress and they had already completed the replacement. However, at that time Mike advised that I did not have a sand base but a different type of base that a specific company used to use. He stated that he did his best to level it out. That was not what I had requested, and at a minimum, he should have discussed with me prior to moving forward with the install. I would have been happy to pay more to ensure the base was level and stable. Now, there are more areas within the pool that have issues when vacuuming, the suction that occurs in these areas is a huge problem. There are also more wrinkles than what existed before. Additionally, when I requested a receipt, Mike advised that he would need to email it to me, after a few follow ups, I never received the receipt. I should have known better. Mike's priority appears to be to get in, get the job done and collect the money. Quality is not a priority. I did reach out to Mike after realizing the problems but he never replied. BUYER BEWARE!

I'm very disappointed also. Contracted him months back and gave him a 50% deposit. He supposedly ordered the liner an was ready to install it, but had a family emergency. He's given me numerous stories also, which may be true, but at least follow up with me and keep your word. Still waiting on his response. He's on the way or I call you tomorrow or just a few of his excuses.

Very disappointed in Mike. Contracted with him on April 12th and gave him a 50% deposit to order the liner for my inground pool. He has yet to install it. Has given me his word on three different occasions but has yet to install the liner. Very difficult to get a hold of by text or phone and when he does respond tells me I am on the schedule for tomorrow or next day or next week but then never shows. When first met him seemed like a legit guy but now I have an empty pool with no liner and it is summer time! He is eager to quote you and get to your house to give you a price because I had a friend call him and he responded promptly and said he could get there same day to quote yet he can't seem to take care of a customer that has already contracted with him to do the job.

Install was fast and seemed very good. After the pool was filled a large wrinkle appeared on the bottom about 1 ft from wall all the way around. Called Mike and he said he could fix it and to call back on Sunday after church. Been three days and he does not answer my numerous calls and voice mails.

this gentleman contacted us in a timely manner. he called to let us know he was on the way. he kept his word did a perfect job and his price was fair. definitely would hire him again

Great job. Would give five stars except they said they would treat the ladder and forgot. I didn’t contact them—just did it myself rather than fuss. Also left old liner and boxes on my grass. Did great install, communication was good, came on time, worked efficiently. I do recommend and will use them again.

Mike is a tremendous human being and his work is stellar -- he and his partner, Carlos, did an outstanding job. Mike is and will be my go-to-guy on all related pool services and work. 5.0+++
