professionalism was not all they were boasting to be, specially with the stairs. took too long to come out and check for the mistakes. *Update* I needed a repair which I mentioned to them on May 6th. I was told to leave the floor alone for a about week because the floor would stretch, and they came out to look at it on June 6th. The painter had arrived one hour before them and I showed them the areas that they needed to repair and Tommy got in my face and wanted to know if he was going to have to pay for the threshold. No way did the painter have anything to do with the flooring going into the wall, and the painter was here and heard their excuses.

After our work was completed, unfortunately, the subcontractors that you hired for painting damaged/disturbed the original work that we had completed on your project. We did visit your home and offered a couple of solutions, and you said you would get back to us. During that visit, you mentioned you hadn't decided on your stair project and later left a voicemail stating you did not want to use our company for that project. We received a voicemail from you stating that you are going to have your husband Richard correct the issues and that you did not want us to come out to your home for the corrections, therefore we had completed our commitment to you."

I was pleased with Infinity Carpet who took care of two carpet problems. One issue was carpeting the master closet and one was refinishing/stretching carpet after remodeling. Infinity came in and completed the job quickly, effectively, and beautifully!
