Frank promised to complete the work then did not show on four scheduled dates. I had to hire someone else.

If I could score them higher I would. Their customer service is outstanding, always let me know what was going on and felt comfortable asking questions. They came in thousands less then other contractors. Very hard working employees, had my roof on in 3 days and another added project of fascia, sub fascia replaced, painted, and gutters installed. Cleaned up after and looks fantastic. Great group, this business in a 100 in my book. I would hire them again and will be in the future.

They did not check City Codes before re-roofing our house and upon inspection by City Building Inspector he failed the roof and there was not proper coverings installed under the shingles. They then needed to tear off our whole roof and do it again subjecting us to another day of inconvenience and left roofing nails all over our property and our driveway. After original quote was told that it would be an additional $300 for extra materials and that I would be sent photos of the extra materials and the need for the additional repairs. No photos sent. Our master bathroom exhaust fan/light was working fine before job and now it is not working at all. Have contacted the company asking for issues to be resolved and they refuse to take care of.

Had Frederick McGukin come by and give me an estimate to complete the job. I received calls from him off and on until he was able to get the scheduled in. They are very busy but Frederick did keep me i conformed. He showed up and completed the repairs as needed. Told me there was a guarantee on his work. Hope I won't need that.

Communication was top notch. Unlike other companies who disappeared off the face of the earth IPE communicated what they were doing or going to do every step of the way you never had to guess. I will be using them again.
