Horrible costumer service and communication skills, rude, they don't have a clue as to how to do their job or proper materials to use, they take forever to get 1 part of the job done and in the end they ran off with the deposit ($1200) for another part of the job that was never done and materials never delivered. Now I have to take them to court! I had to have the job completely redone by another company and at a great cost. They are out of Myrtle Beach, but service many areas, and only work about 4-5 hours on the days they actually show up. They want cash payment upfront with no notice!

They were excellent the first two years. This past year they did not show up weekly as I pay them to. I was also unable to reach them by calling their two phone numbers. Could not even leave a message. When I emailed them I got no reply as well as no service. Could not even discuss the problem that I was having with them. They did call when I stop paying them.

Did a thorough job trimming a row of myrtle trees and cleaned up very well afterwards.

It has been 18 days since the trees were removed, but the stumps could not be ground out because something happened to his machine. No one has called me to let me know when they will return to finish the job and collect the balance due them. I have not tried to call because before the work was done he would not take my calls.

They had some communication and equipment issues but in the end they did a very good job and I am happy. They have a very good crew as they are very polite and efficient.

Job not finished. They were paid in full but did not return to finish the job. No answers to emails, calls, texts. We asked for the money back for the portion that was not done, but no answer. They told a third party that it is not worth for them to drive to Conway to finish up.It has been going on for three months. I do not recommend them. Not trustworthy. We paid them in advance $1000 and had to call several times to get them to start, we paid the remainder $500 when he showed up, and he said he would come the following week to finish up. He left with our money and never returned.

They never show up when they say they would. A 2 week job took more like a month and a half

These folks were all extremely nice. Did little things for me that made a difference in the finished job. Cleaned up very good. Highly recommendable.

The workers were very efficient and thorough. They had a problem with the stomp grinder but managed to retrieved another. The only negative, if you call it such, were that a fence picket was damage by a falling tree branch. It's a $1.56 replacement so no problem there.

Friendly, caring people who I would gladly recommend to my neighbors and friends. While here my neighbor saw their work and came and hired them to plant a tree for them and take down a dead one, they had in the back yard. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed tree service or pruning.

Everything was good except for the fact that they are located too far away to insure timely service. She did a great job but her follow up failed.

Based on the other reviews, I hired Inlet Gardens to remove trees, install irrigation and install sod as well as add pine straw to existing beds. Apparently this is too large of a job for this small company. After they outsourced the tree removal and left a mess 2 months passed before our irrigation system was dug and left unfinished. During the process damage was done to our neighbors irrigation. Although the company knew it, they did not inform us or the neighbor involved. Another month later, after numerous calls to the owner our system was completed. We terminated the remainder of our contract.

Contractor phoned within minutes of my request, and came in with a favorable estimate the same afternoon. Work was completed promptly and professionally within hours. I highly recommend this firm.

If you are looking for nay type of lawn maitenance, it has to be Inlet Gardens and Irregation. I 've never written a review before, but felt I had to, as the service provided and customer service ( Cindy is the best!) was far superior to any I've encountered. I had an unusual request and none of the other companies I contacted even got back with me. Again, Cindy made it happen. The service provided went far beyond what I had anticipated. Great job. This is how it should be done!

I was extremely pleased i showed them what i wanted done. They cleared out 8 tree stumps and cleaned up and was gone in less than an hour. They did a great job.
