About us

Design Consulting: $175 for 2.5 hours. Individual room designs without built-ins units (B.I.U) $5 per sq. ft Entire Home Design: $3 per sf. Kitchen Design: $20 per sq ft. Design of each Bath Rm: $2000. If a master and powder rare included, the price is $3000.00 Designer Personal Shopping at store or source: $40 per hour Entire Home Staging : Including layout and Staging product selection, and remotely overseeing it: $1.50 per sf. Design Reveal Placement: (excluding assembly/install): On-site visits/overseeing approved staging component placement: $175 for to 2.5 hours. Each additional hour is $45 per hour, per Stager. Project Management 10 % of design project total. Organizational Consulting, Move Management, or Unpack, Organize & Proper Put Away Service: $60 per hour, with a 3 hour minimum. (A $5 per hour discount is applied once hired for 9 work hours).

We thought we hated our home, a small duplex built in 1920. It still has its flaws, but after working with Kay to get organized and create a more open breathable space, we now realize we can live here happily for years! She helped us rethink, rearrange, and rediscover our possessions. We're now hiring her to help my mom and grandmother get organized, and we're very excited to see the changes in their standard of living that we know will be the result!

Listen attentively to All In Place's Kay Williams recommendations on all aspects of your move. Kay is well versed in all aspects of dealing with a move including all the short cuts etc. moving companies like to hide from you. Kay took on all the necessary work of my move including having to address work which should have been covered by my chosen movers causing me additional expense which would not occurred had I actually taken her advice in the first place. All in place is an excellent company I will use them again for any future moves.

Kay was absolutely wonderful to work with. She had so much energy even after a long day of hard work! She was positive, encouraging, and optimistic even though the job seemed impossible. She explained her ideas to us, and helped keep our family focused as we tackled our project. She was flexible with her hours, even working late into the night and on weekends. Her methods of organization made sense and we were able to follow along and work independently in between her visits. I would highly recommend Kay in whatever type organizational task you may have. Kay is completely nonjudgemental and very professional.

I like their low risk pricing model so used them to help organize my apartment in general. They came ready to work and did a great job in getting the apartment in order. I would recommend them to anyone who has a tough project and likes a good value. As another person noted in a review however, the owner is a bit haunting about payment so have cash ready.

They were great! When going through what I was; a relocation and a relentless medical condition, they managed downsizing of my belongings and my entire move for me. They organized everything before it was packed, over saw the movers, unpacked and organized everything, and placed it just how it should be once the moving van arrived. They were dependable, extraordinary organizers who were also firm when they needed to be, and gracious through it all.They completed my project on time and under budget. That's not asking for a lot considering their reasonable rates and willingness to see to my space design and personal shopping too.

The worst experience we have ever had with an "organizer". Always late and never did the job she promised. Spoke to us for less than 2 hours, didn't do anything at all and is charging us $300.00. Her excused was that it took her about 7 hours to put some slide show pictures of contemporary furniture together. Didn't want to give us a floor plan until we pay her something. Was more interested about her money than her work. She wasn't a professional at all. We work with a lot professional every day, we know how is a professional's work. Be aware people. I saw her ratings and didn't pay attention, big mistake.

Lisa and her team (Chris and Aaron) exceeded my expectations. They helped me complete a project in a day that would have taken me months to accomplish, if I could have even gotten myself to start. Lisa initially gave me very good ideas for how to organize all the "stuff" I had packing my closets, etc and then Chris and Aaron came in, sorted through everything with me, packed the items to go and showed me the best ways to arrange things that were left. I now actually have empty space on shelves and in cabinets. I would absolutely have them back.

One of the best investments I could have ever made! I really needed to de-clutter and organize parts of my home in Houston. Kacey came out and she was wonderful. She had such a nice personality and did not make me feel embarrased at all about my junk! I found out that other people have clutter too, and we all just need to find a better system to help us deal with it. They really will help you based on your specific needs and situation. It is so nice for things to be in place, and I am not worried about company arriving anymore! I wish I would have done this sooner!

I used this company for my daughter's apt. Two people came and one was more into cleaning than organizing. I was there when the bathromm was done and tolld her I was not happy. She cleaned out the cupboard and shoved everything back in the way it used to be. I told her how to do it. I was not there for the kitchen part but my daughter told me the same thing was done - wiped out and everything put back how it was. I spoke to Lisa about it and I thought we had an agreement that she would come out and correct the problem. Instead she sent out the better organizer who just gave my daughter advice. I paid a lot of money for cleaning and advice.

They were excellent. They arrived late the first day, but had called to let me know, so it was fine. They worked very hard and very fast for two days. I would give them five stars, but on the second day the person they sent to do some installations forgot to get a couple of products and then got the wrong item for another one. Still, they finished on time, under budget, and with stunning results. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Lisa-Kaye Williams and her team from All-In-Place gave me my life back. After years of living in a small space, my clutter had become unmanageable. They came in and restored order to my home without judgment or insensitivity. To be honest, the fear of judgment is what kept me from doing this years ago. They are kind, sincerely interested in your needs and above all PROFESSIONAL! The systems they put into place really work. They saw that everything had a place. Four months later.....My place looks great. I couldn't be happier. I recommend them without reservation and would use them again if the need arises.
