was given 5-6 day completion time for minor repair of shades. NO communication from them when time wasn't met. i called multiple times - NO call back. in short, i picked up the shades 3 WEEKS LATER - with nothing being done to them. i would not recommend them for any work. too frustrating. i felt they were unresponsive, uncaring, and really couldn't give a flip if the repair was done or not. had a terrible experience with them

My experience started out very positive. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and the technician was scheduled soon after. My repair needed to be taken to the shop and I was told would return 2 days later. Unfortunately there was lag in communication as my technician disappeared for 2 weeks. I called the main office and was told that they'd look into it but after another 2 days of no word, I was forced to call again. Evidently, a miscommunication and a glitch in scheduling was the reason. Taking into account there was a holiday weekend within this time frame, I will definitely give them a second chance. The technician was very friendly and the shutters were repaired and reinstalled very well.

I was disappointed when I first contacted this company via the "Contact Us" feature on their website, and they never responded back to me. Thus, I called their store and spoke with a very nice employee. He had their home service technician call me the next day, and the home service technician was at our house that same day to repair the cord in one of our wooden blinds. I thought the repair fee was rather expensive, but I have never had this type of service before, so maybe the repair fee was "standard" for that type of service. I would use this company again, and despite the unreturned initial contact and rather expensive repair fee, I definitely recommend this company to others.

It was difficult to get through to them but once I did they were very responsive. Worth the wait. Had my blinds cleaned and received them within 4 days after picking up. I ordered vertical blinds for my sliding glass door and that will take longer. The cost appeared to be very reasonable.

I am so glad you found them for me! He repaired three of the blinds while I waited. The other one he had to send to the factory but is having them send it directly to me so I don't have to drive out there. I am really pleased with their service.

I was told the repair would be done that week. I waited a little over 2 weeks and called them. I think they forgot us but promised to have the shades ready the next day. They did and the work was great. They repaired my shades and cleaned them too. I thought the cost was very reasonable.
