there is a dispute about the work promise the work done incorrectly and the appliance is provided the issue has caused health and safety problems at my house im a disabled person the contractor the contract is under the mass home improvement law says that the contractor and i signed an agreement that we would go to mediation for any disputes he contractor promised to resolve the disputes without my initiating action against him but has not done so despite my repeated attempts to have him do what he promised he is not responded to my calls and emails in an attempt to resolve the disputes i am seeking to have him do what he promised and if not to refund money to be determined in a fair amount for the work not done or incorrectly done and to pay for the cost of mediation provided by the contract law.

"We built an addition to this customer's home, which began in 2023. All work was performed in accordance with plans and was inspected at every stage by the Town of Concord. Our work passed all inspections and was completed on budget and on time. This customer was unreasonable throughout the process and made demands that required change orders. He became upset when we told him it would cost more money for the change orders. This customer accused us of breaking his stove after we were more than three months finished with the project. He also accused us of stealing his television. When we went to his home to investigate, we helped him find his television in the basement. This was what we were dealing with! Also all the things that he asked us to fix we did fixed with no extra charge. Everything he requested that was related to our original contract we did A+ also never stop answering he?s calls or emails but we did stop after he started accusing us of stuff that was not making sense anymore also to protect our selves from any other fauce accusations which became dangerous for us to even consider going to his house. I really hope he will enjoy his home which came out very well finished and passed in all inspections from all the concord Ma inspectors Fire department, plumbing, electrical and building."

Leo and his crew were nice and very responsive the entire two months they were working on the addition. They worked quickly and we have received so many compliments from neighbors on the quality of work performed. Leo was willing to work with us and listen to our input on things we wanted done. We are very happy with the end product and would work with Leo and his crew again on other house projects.

The owner Leo and his crew has been wonderful in helping us on the home addition project. They helped us remodeled the They helped us remodeled the basement, build and additional two rooms of over 900 square-foot, and added additional parking pass basement, added additional wing of the house with over 900 sf of space, and also an additional parking pad. The work crew are professional, fast, paid attention to details, and very accommodating to our change of plans. The best remodeling crew we have ever had! We highly recommend The Innovation Home Inprovement Construction.

Earlier this summer, we began a large deck remodeling project using Trex materials. After obtaining several estimates, we met with Leo and decided to hire Innovation Home Improvement Construction for our project. The estimate was more than reasonable which included the removal of our old decking as well as a dumpster. From the beginning Leo and his crew were professional and responsive. Leo listened to what we were looking for and offered excellent suggestions throughout the project. He worked closely with us to order the appropriate materials and to determine how best to customize a privacy wall on one side of the deck. They always arrived on time, worked full days and left the area neat and picked up every day. When there was a delay in getting additional material from Trex, Leo proactively checked in with us for the status. He and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was exactly what we wanted. They took the time to create a picture frame of boards along the edges of the deck and the landing on the stairs as well as angled cuts on the corners. The deck turned out beautiful! It has truly become our outdoor oasis and we canâ t say how happy we are with the workmanship and customer service provided. We would highly recommend Innovation Home Improvement Construction. Leo and his team did a fantastic job remodeling our basement. From day 1 they arrived on time and worked consistently to finish the project in the original timeline quoted. Communication was great throughout all phases and there were no surprises in terms of cost. We started with a totally unfinished basement, Leo & his architect helped us map the layout and offered great suggestions along the way to improve the aesthetic. We are VERY happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Innovation to others.

10 months to complete an attic renovation. Weeks went by with no one showing up or just one guy would come for a few days. Work quality was rushed despite taking so long. Leo never came to check on the work and stopped answering my calls. Basically took my money than I was at his mercy to finish the project. I d never recommend them or hire them again!

We hired Innovation Home Improvement Construction to GC a major exterior renovation project on a historical home. Leo Silva and his team replaced the massive hip roof, rebuilt a 10ft high stone retaining wall, extended a large covered porch, added a deck, and painted the entire home. From the very beginning, we were happy with our decision to hire Leo. There was no part of the project that he was uncomfortable taking on. His estimate was slightly above our budget, but he offered to include a few extras to justify his fee. And, to his credit, he delivered all of the work ahead of schedule and on budget. Leo worked extremely hard to make sure that we were satisfied with all aspects of the project. He also offered valuable input on how to best complete the project (materials, approach, etc). Leo coordinated all of the different crews, leaving us with very little to worry about or do. It was a huge relief to have a professional running the show. Overall, I would rate the quality of Leo and his teams' work as good to very good. They move quickly, and so naturally there were a few things we had to ask for Leo to fix as the project came to a close. He was very understanding, and happy to address our concerns. If you want to work with a friendly, professional and responsive GC who will go the extra mile to make you happy, then Leo and Innovation Home Improvement Construction is your contractor.

I hired Leo and his crew for, primarily, labor to work with materials that I purchase to build two decks, a large patio, and walkway. I've never worked with anybody as attentive, kind, yet also straightforward as Leo. Customer service and care is top notch with him. He and his crew worked 9 out of 11 days to get the job done fast and with good quality. Overall the job was done well, and I'm confident that if I have any concerns now I can talk to Leo and he will do whatever he needs to do to make his customer happy.

We had the backyard leveled and a patio w/pavers & a stone wall put in. Also, a concrete slab for a basketball court. Leo & his team were extremely professional, work was great. He was always making suggestions on how to improve the look - some ideas he had we did and some we did not and he had no problems with our suggestions also. We intend on doing more work with him in the spring.

My deck, patio, horse shoe and fire pit look great. Compliments from everyone whose seen the finished product. The french drain has not been used yet, so I can't comment. Clean up was good but not perfect. All in all, I'm satisfied and would use them again and recommend their service
