Unprofessional and dishonest. I advise all to steer clear of this company. I was quoted for a security camera installation system, and put down a deposit just shy of $500. Upon arrival of technician, the price quote increased by upwards of $1,500 from agreed upon quote. I was very specific as to the job that would be required. This is not the issue. This is understandable after tech assessed the scope of work in person. The inexcusable part is that after deciding to cancel the project, I was told the deposit refund would take 7-10 days to process. 28 days and six phone calls later without a response, I am still seeking my refund. Moon, who schedules appointments and creates price quotes is disingenuous, and a very shady character - that comes from the mouths of current and former employees - not me. I found that you are correct in stating that after meeting with the person that actually lives in the home, she requested new specifications and worked with the technician to decide on a new scope that pushed the project cost above your original intended price point. Of course, we did not proceed without your approval, and, as you elected, the project was instead canceled and a refund for your deposit was mailed out about a week later. I can see that the funds have indeed been returned to your account, so I would like to speak with you and get a broader understanding regarding your unexpected review. Please call at your earliest convenience! I would be happy to provide proof of the return and with that maybe we can work together to resolve any confusion. May be as easy as simple as an overlooked line item on your bank statement. Overall quality work. Problem is they sent low level tech for a high level job. The tech was very nice and professional but it took 15 hours to install 4 TVs and move electricity. I had to help the tech lift the final TV on to bracket and the reason why I hired them was I had a herniated disc that makes it hard to lift at the moment. If you use them verify you have the right tech for the job..

Innovation kept us updated as our install date approached; I really appreciated their notifications and respect for my schedule. The technician called about ten minutes before the beginning of the two-hour window, showed up on time, and walked the site with us, making sure that he knew what we wanted done (and suggested a change that we hadnt considered - much more efficient). Were very impressed with Innovation Technologies and happy to recommend the company.

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and does excellent work and the installation was quick. He was very patient with me in going over the job details and making suggestions on what might make it better. The price ended up being almost exactly what was quoted and even a little bit lower. I would recommend Innovation Technologies and especially Carl to anyone. The one thing that I would have liked to see is the use of heat shrink on exposed connections instead of electrical tape. Overall a very positive experience.

1- poor communication on when they arrive ( 2 hour difference) 2- billed before the work was done 3- "pro" spent more time on the phone getting info on what to do. At $118/hr on job training is NOT acceptable

They sent one person to install a 55 inch TV over the fireplace. I had to help hang it. They said they could hide the wires and then they said they couldn't. The job was so bad I took it down

We are still happy to perform your in wall wiring, however as per your request we did not move forward due to the fact that the TV wires needed to be ran past the fireplace, under two windows and around a corner of the room.
