currently unfinished-christoper is in jail for fraud,and apparently has had six other construction company that have closed,and has not payed subcontracters-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is our first time doing any kind of addition or remodeling. I was warned about "contractor time", but I asked about our time schedule and was assured everything was OK. Our job wasn't started until 2 months (to the date) after our "estimated start date" on the contract. I understand that weather and employment issues are things that can't be avoided. Our builder did take an interest in us right from the start, and I like him, but I'm a little disappointed in his communication skills. Since we just got started, I can't evaluate him on some things yet.

Very prompt. Very courteous and helpful in answering questions about other projects we were doing ourselves. Also contracted with Assurance to have a new bathroom put in. Prices seem very reasonable.
