Jason is a very personable man and hard worker. He came for an estimate in the morning and completed the work in the afternoon. I would recommend him.

UPDATED RATING: The day after the job was completed, the latch broke, and now I have to pay someone else to fix it properly.

Where can you find someone to show up on a Sunday? Jason! He was very personable, assessed the situation and helped me open the door so I could get my car out. The spring needed replacing and I decided to replace the door at the same time. He tentatively scheduled for Wednesday installation but showed up and had the door installed the next day. I'm impressed.

Jason was insightful, honest, and knowledgeable. He identified the issue, and was able to repair the door fast. I cannot recommend him enough.

Jason was very nice, but the recommendation he made for a new opener ended up not fitting the existing peripherals. It was not mentioned that it wouldn't be compatible with the existing keypad even though it was the same brand as my old opener, etc. Frustrating that I will be having to spend additional money for the functionality that I utilize often to manage the property, provide access, etc.

Poor workmanship with repairs that failed within less than a year.

Innovative responded to my request for service promptly, contacted me a couple times with estimates once he was on-site and completed the work that day. I rated quality a 3 only because this is a second home, I was not present when the door jammed, and have not been on-site to inspect the work after it was completed. I know the door now works properly and can only assume based on my interactions with Jason over the phone that he did a quality job.

Jason, was fast , efficient and very knowledgeable. Would work with him again. In fact we had to call him back because wife drove into the door and now we have to replace with a new door which he has already ordered.

Jason was excellent to work with. He did not charge extra for the extra time he spent on unexpected issues.

Jason was very quick to contact me. The estimate came high. Called me back the next day and lowered it by $150. did the job right away. The door is working. No invoice was left. I requested an invoice and warranty info about work done. Received a text message with a line invoice. No warranty information whatsoever. Jason stopped replying. Work was done correctly but no idea what I purchased as far as spring warranty or labor warranty. Disappointing.
