For being the highest priced service, I thought I would be getting the best service. But being a snowbird I was away for about 2 months the first time I had a problem, which was I came back and both filter baskets were full and no chlorine was in the floaters. The pool guy came by and said he was sick and someone else was supposed to come by. Then I left for Hawaii for 3 weeks and came back to the exact same problem with not clean and the pump turned off. I was told that the pump had a leak, OK, but why wasn't I notified the week before for a repair? Why were the baskets full of leaves and not cleaned out? Why was there no chlorine in the floaters? Was I charged for both times, yes

We had our pool acid washed and the customer service was impeccable from start to finish. They answered all of my questions, were prompt and did a thorough and terrific job on our pool.

Tony fit me in last minute and came to my rescue. Got my pool cleaned up and ready for summer.

He was always prompt, took care of my pool for quite sometime, and never had a problem. He was really good, top notch.

Great communication, always letting us know what was needed and gave us price quotes right up front. No hidden charges or trying to push any products. These guys are great!!They have worked for me for over a year now and I can depend on them to show up approx the same time each week. If I forget to lock my doggy door they remind me. They have been to my home every Friday since my drain and refill. They close my gate and are mindful of my blind dog. Although they are cost a little more than some other weekly services they are reliable and my pool is always swim ready.

I recently had my pool resurfaced. However, I had challenges in getting service for it initiate the chemicals. I broadcasted a request for a quote for pool cleaning service from Angie's List. Tony, the owner of Pool Party, responded within 5 minutes. I explained my situation to Tony, and he understood and validated my concern about the pool health. I spoke with Tony on a Thursday night. He and his wife Tracy came by Saturday morning to clean filter, initiate chemicals, check over equipment, check for leaks, correct timing of the pump. Excellent service. Because I had chosen them to maintain the pool each week, they were able to add enough chemicals to get me started while making the pool safe for swimming later the same day. They were extremely kind and generous with this time and knowledge when addressing my concerns and questions. I highly recommend this company. In addition, I asked them where I could leave a review; they did not request me to leave a review. Awesome service!

Tony and Tracy could not be nicer or more professional. I can't recommend this company enough. I had an issue with my pool and they were there within a couple hours to help me out. Two of the best people you could ever meet and some of the best prices in all of Phoenix. Look no further!

Tony is excellent and I highly recommend Pool Party! He is very knowledgeable and worked hard to get our pool up and running in just a few days. He's very personable and easy to get a hold of. It's clear he cares about the quality of his work. I also appreciate that he didn't try to pressure us or oversell us on different services, repairs or parts. He's great at providing solutions while helping homeowners keep budget in mind.

The owners are awesome. Very knowledgeable and as new pool owners they took the time to explain how everything works and answered all the questions we had. They even scheduled the 1st visit after hours so both my husband and I could be there. Friendly and professional we hope to be working with them for a long time.

Tony is a really great guy that tells you exactly what you need without adding on unnecessarily. His prices are very reasonable. I love that he texts/emails info from when he came by to take care of the pool (ie. chemical levels, instructions for the week, etc.)

Tony has done a marvelous job on maintaining our pool looking sparkling clean throughout the year! He highly recommends for us to do a deep cleaning service as I had lots of stains on my pool surface. I am so happy he suggested it as my pool now looks absolutely AMAZING for his great job! Tony is such a hard working man and caring for his clients. He took his time to explain the process step by step. He is very professional and on time but not only that, he was constantly communicating with me throughout the process making sure everything was running smoothly when he was not there, he was on top of it 100%. I was so happy coming home and seeing it all drain and sparkling clean! It only took two days to get the job done, of course, the draining took overnight so pretty much it really only took one day to get it done.
