Guys were friendly and cleaned up the mess and did good work.

Work crew arrived right on time, Chad and Josh were very friendly, went through the project with me, answered my questions and promptly went to work. They also went through the completed job with me. I am very happy with the results of their work.

Chad and Josh did a great job. Very efficient, talked to me quite often through the process and made sure everything was as it should be. Very nice people. I would recommend them, they do professional work and it eases my mind knowing g my foundation is secure.

Gregg and Gunner were so great. They were here perfectly on time. Kept us informed the whole day about what was going! They Did an amazing job and it looks great.

I had Chad, Kenny and Josh for the week. These guys worked so hard! it was a difficult job and they kept their sense of humor (and manners). Cleaned up the site too! Hard to find guys like this crew. Money well spent.

While I can't guarantee this company's work is always bad, the "work" they did for me was awful and incredibly expensive compared to competitors. I called Innovative to fix a wall in my basement that was bowing inwards. The salesman was nice enough but did take longer than the other 2 companies. Quoted $8,000 to fix it. Not happy but we decided to do it instead of letting the problem get worse. Workers came out a few weeks later after taking my deposit and start tearing up the drywall and stairs. They discover the material used is different than what the salesman thought (Having spent a bit over an hour looking at just the one wall. Now they can't perform the work to quote. Salsman gets back to me. Now the price is $18,000 to get it fixed! Felt fishy so we backed out and got our deposit back (thankfully) But now our walls are a mess, and stairs are broken! Called Blackburn and a concrete repair company our neighbor recommended. Both take less than 20 minuets to identify the issue and the correct way to fix it without me mentioning the "unusual" brick. (Turns out it's not unusual and actually very identifiable) Both quote me less than 5,000 for a fix. Which was cheaper than my initial quote from innovative! My overall opinion of Innovative is the workers are inexperienced and will charge the customer more to make up for it.

Wow, just absolutely wow! We purchased a home in West Fargo, ND. in February 2022, from a less than honest individual, who had covered up and failed to disclose the home had basement water/foundation issues. After interviewing several companies, we chose Innovative Basement Authority (IBA) to set things right. Their product is state of the art and well worth the investment. The project began August 28 and was completed on schedule, as promised. The Foreman (Jacob D.) and crew (Leonard S., Mike B., Zach B., and Brandon C.) were a consummate group of professionals. They were conscientious, knowledgeable, friendly and above all courteous. We highly recommend IBA, their products/services and most especially the crew mentioned above.

Treated my home and my family with respect and didn't damage anything, which not all contractors seem concerned about. I have some additional basement work that will need to be complete and I will definitely be using Innovative again.

The work was completed in 2021. Never has worked. Leaks everytime it rains. Called them out several times each call is rescheduled at least once before actually arriving. Told was put in wrong had to redo. Each time they have shown up since they say will get back to us. Was told they did work on it last year they did not . They were supposed to come back out never showed. Winter set in then when the snow melted basement flooded. Again came out a week ago told turned it over to a supervisor still waiting to hear from them. Nothing spent a lot of money and still have the problem. I would not suggest this company. Once you pay your history does not back up their work. I just want our basement to stop flooding. Do not use this company. Disappointed in Minot ND. Update 07/07/2023- I did hear back. They did call and schedule an appointment which was again was rescheduled. I am frustrated we paid over 5K for this work and I feel that I am getting passed off. The gentleman that looked at it said he will get with his supervisor and said they are in the process of figuring out what they are going to do and in the meantime I am still waiting.

Julio, Dan and Zach were so easy to work with, very personable and thorough in their work. I appreciate that the team along with Sinan were able to help me find the best possible solution for stabilizing and lifting my basement.

It went really well. They worked fast and clean and did a great job. Aaron Seth and Dustyn did a great job. Aaron walked me through everything so I understood what was going on and kept in touch with me throughout the project if plans ever needed to change. If I hire them again, I want this crew to come back
