Jeremiah T, Matt Yang and Seth R did a great job on my project. Arrived on time and explained everything about my project. They are very professional and work area was clean.

Brock came out for an inspection of my leaky basement and gave me the most thorough and honest report I?ve ever seen for this kind of work. I?ve had a few other projects completed in my house (roof repair, central air installation), and Groundwork?s is the first company where I don?t feel like I need to get multiple opinions. I trust them wholeheartedly and can?t wait to have a water-free basement thanks to them!

Grant and Mark came out and raised my front steps by about 4” in back and 2” in front and then raised the areas around it so that there was a smooth transition once again. The area looks incredible and they had some clever ways to make their footprint invisible to the passerby. I’m more than happy with the outcome! Thanks guys!!!

Terrible just terrible don’t ever use this company, I hired Innovative to help level my concrete they did a horrible job. Now my driveway has more and even bigger cracks, also I was over charged by the representative who gave me the quote, I specifically asked him that I did not want any cracks filled that I would do it that myself but he ended up charging me for a portion without my knowledge, I found out after it was filled with caulk. I tried calling them about it a few times since I have a 5 year warranty but know one has bothered to pickup my call or respond back. They will easily over charge you to get an extra few 1000 from your pockets. DON’T EVER USE THIS COMPANY they don’t care about you nor bother to even know your name, not once did the representative bother to ask or know my name even though I took the time to know his I was known as “Hey” the entire interaction. Stay away from this company use any other.

John Anderson provided excellent quality service. He was thorough and very informative during his follow up inspection.

Dave was unable to fix our issue but he gave expert advice and was very thorough. (Categories did not quite include our situation).

Josh and his crew came in 3 weeks later and absolutely rocked this job. Extremely professional. Took special care to make sure all of our personal belongings were covered and not damaged at all. We are ecstatic at how quick they completed this job and how great everything looks. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars, because these guys are worth 10 stars. Highly recommend

Jeremiah, Mark, and Goody stablized my basement and waterproofed for me. They did excellent work. They did a job I thought was I thought was impossible. walls are stable and safe. They were fun, very respectful of my space, they played good music and sang while they worked. I highly recommend them for any foundation work you need.

Wow! I feel like a new person because my house was saved by Innovative Basement Authority who fixed the flooding problem caused by rain getting into my basement. From the first contact, I felt cared about. When all is said and done, the terrible daunting problem of rain flooding my basement is now gone and I have to pinch myself to be sure it's real. Yes, this is a great great trustworthy company that really are heros for saving houses.

Dave Peterson was fantastic to work with! He was able to meet with me one day after I inquired, and I had a quote the same day. Work commenced shortly after and the crew did an excellent job of leveling my front porch (builder did not appropriately back fill under the concrete porch). Innovative, basement authority was referred to us. JP came to our home and did the free inspection. He was very thoughtful and professional. He provided us with a quote for installing of inside drain system , new sump pump and air filtration system. We were pleased with the description and details of the products suggested. We accepted the bid and a month later the team came to our home. Within two days we had the new system installed. Everyone was great. Very attentive to our needs and desires. We would highly recommend them.

Nick, Gunnar and Jack came over to do a partial basement interior drain and sump system install that I had been waiting on getting started for several years, and they made it look nice with minimal intervention to the area. It was such a sigh of relief to see it done well and at reasonable timing. The persistent small basement leak issue had been happening every spring and fall for 8 years. Now it's all set up with the best fix money can buy. So glad for their valued help! After the job was done, (and even somewhat during the job) Nick made sure to answer any questions and be very thorough in showing me every feature that was added, how to maintain the system, etc. This was an ideal experience, and I trust the same will be true for you if you have these guys come over! Only thing that could be better for me is if it were all free, but these guys have to go home and take care of their families too just like the rest of us. It'll never be "flat" like freshly poured concrete but, it is so much better after their work. They took the time to explain the process and also any areas where they were unable to get the slab perfectly flat again, and they explained why. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves, and patiently explained the process and results
