He did a great job and my carpets look great. However, had the appointment for over a week and after being 45 minutes late, I found out he was an hour away at a different job when I called. He had wrote down appointment wrong. So then it through off my schedule for rest of day and was not offered discount or anything to make up for it. A 1pm appointment turned into a 4:30 one last minute. Other than that, the job was completed great and satisfied with results.

It was well worth it, and the cost was very reasonable. He was on-time, and even called to confirm prior to arrival. He cleaned up after the job was done, and helped move furniture as needed. The gentleman was very professional. He cleaned the carpet, the outside carpet and steam cleaned it very precise. Kitchen floor was cleaned and it looked great afterwards.

Eddie was very prompt in his response to my Home Advisor query, and showed up on time. He was very efficient and completed the tasks quickly. He cleaned a bedroom rug and 3 or 4 area rugs. He arrived at 9:00am and was finished at 10:30 a.m. Would highly recommend him. Great work, great value!
