GREAT attitude and "Innovative" problem solving ! Very competitive and fair pricing. My only constructive feedback would be about leaving things cleaner, which is not easy in this work, and was especially challenging in my job. Overall a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely hire them again

The first contractor said I needed ponting but the representative from Innovative said I did not but suggested waterproofing. I was satisfied with that suggestion after my research on pointing. I diid not rate them higher than fair because, I felt he did not do a complete review of the front and back because their ladders were not long enough. I do not know if they checked the top of the house. They did not come prepared to seal the area above the awning in the back of the house. The person stood at the top of the awning and sprayed from a 12 ft distance. It was sunny and breezy that day. I will not know till next fall & winter ...

Very straight forward. Great pricing and follow through. An estimate was prepared and accepted and the work was done the same day even though it took a couple of trips to Home Depot for supplies. The work looks great and I feel confident in the way the job was done.

They started pointing and installing crown and reflashing metal aroundll the chimney after sunset and as the result the work became very sloppy and without clean up the debris . After complaining , they cleaned up but there still are cement bits around the chimney and new shingles and flat roof. We don't know they stop leakage from the chimney because we don't have the heavy rain yet.we are keeping fingers crossed.

I picked this company of two only because they were first to call, but the other company also called very promptly. The two very nice guys arrived early, cleaned my chimney and woodstove very quickly, inspected everything, made recommendations about my furnace chimney, gave good advice, and were nice to my dog. I thought the price was very reasonable. All better than I'd expected. I would definitely recommend them.
