They were prompt and competent in diagnosing and explaining the issue but failed to follow through with replacing part as agreed (ghosted) so unfortunately cannot recommend.

The professional showed me the issue with my valve and what had failed. The valve was replaced on the same day and at a reasonable cost. What more could you ask?

They did a FANTASTIC job ! Had them out for a Central AC tune up while he was doing the tune up he found a short in the AC unit which was causing the Fan on the furnace not to go on. On the spot he replace the required part on the AC unit and solved the problem. The technician explained every thing that he was doing he was Very articulate, knowledgeable, and personable. The work was done efficiently and reasonably priced. Very honest and reputable company which is NOT common with HVAC companies. I definitely would hire them again and recommend to anyone needing HVAC work !!! Thank you for the job well done.

Came out on a Sunday when I had no heat and diagnosed the issue I had with my HVAC. Delroy explained it to me and had it back running.

Delroy took the time to work with our budget and explained the different systems that we could afford and what the pros and cons might be of them. He came fully prepared for the job at hand and the installation went smoothly and reasonably quickly.

I woke up in a colder morning and found my house heating system stopped working. I was glad that I found innovative comfort solution to come to fix it. He is so nice, patient and willing to answer all my questions. In the beginning I was so worried that I would be taken advantage as a woman and be overcharged. But it turns out the price is very reasonable. And most of all, he is very knowledgeable with what he is doing and he not only fix the problem but checked the whole system without charging me extra. I highly recommend him.

I can only day "absolutely amazing". They saved us thousands of dollars by analyzing every aspect of our heating problem, seeing mistakes made by prior HVAC people, and coming up with the solutions that nobody else tried, a made our current old heating system work better than anyone else did. Delroy Willoughby explained every detail along the way, as if he's genuinely fascinated and excited about his work! How often do you see that! Most other businesses just reflexively say "oh well, you gotta replace it." Delroy was a real miracle worker. Would give him 15 stars if I could.

I received a call from Delroy Wiloughby , responding to my Homeadvisor request for a repairman within two minutes of my request. I explained to him that the heat pump in our sunroom was not heating the room. He scheduled me for the next morning since it was not an emergency. The next day he showed up on time and thoroughly took the unit apart, explaining how each part was supposed to work and identified the problem. After making the repair he ran the machine checking to see that it was functioning properly. He was extremely professional, in contrast with a worker from another company that I had called on my own. I recommend Innovation Comfort Solutions most highly.

Overall very satified

Our AC stopped working when it was nearly 90 degrees out. After having read good reviews about Delroy, I called him and he showed up at our house in half hour. I had tried calling another company only to hear the earliest diagnostic visit I can expect was in 8 days, so this was a pleasant surprise. When he arrived he explained things step by step to help me understand the problem clearly. He gave several options on how we can fix the problem considering my budget. Instead of just pushing to have parts replaced, he laid it out what pros & cons of each method throughly. He tried to help me understand the whole system so I can look out for failing signs to look out in the future. He did excellent Job doing the repair. He even took my call in the evening hours when I had a follow up question. His fee was very reasonable and I cannot be happier with the service. I definitely will use this company again and recommend it highly to others!

Delray & Curtis were excellent..couldn't be happier

Our AC had abruptly stopped working on 7/4 and we had another company come to replace the compressor and the coil. Unfortunately, our AC was still not running properly and was in the mid 80s. The company that installed the equipment came back 7 times with no solution. Desperate, we reached out to Innovative Comfort Solution. Delroy came right away and within five minutes of being here, had accurately assessed the problem. He thoroughly explained the problem to us and began working immediately. Within a few hours, our AC was working efficiently. Delroy was extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, and takes pride in his work. He was in contact with us after he left to ensure it was working properly and followed up the next day to make sure our place was cool. Our only regret about this experience was not going with Innovative Comfort Solution in the first place! Highly recommend Delroy.

Delroy is an honest, responsible and hardworking A/C technician. He solved my home A/C problem in a very hot and humid day and charged a very reasonable price. He is knowledgeable and kind. He answered my all questions patiently and explained how to fix them smartly and economically before start doing the job.
