He accepted our counter offer on the roof repair, speedily forwarded the contract via email and completed the task without delay. He was paid punctually. One improvement would be for him to provide comprehensive recommendations for unforeseen problems, i.e., there was a skylight that will need some repair in the near future and he could have offered recommendations on that issue. Overall, we are satisfied with his replacement of the ridge row on the home.

Blake is professional, timely and can provide a wide variety of services for any Homeowner. He guarantees his work and provides follow up after the job to ensure satisfaction. Blake was very profesional and personable and polite. Being a female he made me feel at ease as soon as I met him and we shook hands. He did a great job at removing and replacing a stormdoor. It was hot so I offered him something to drink he even offered to pay for it. He even fixed a shower head for me that I could not remove. He also looked at some other projects I have some of them are going to be very extensive and hard. I will definately call him to do the jobs I have every bit of confidence in his ability in doing them. I would HIGHY RECOMMEND him and his company with anything I need from now on.
