Nick responded more quickly than I have ever seen. The garage door opener was installed efficiently on a Morning that was below 10F. I call that customer service. I highly recommend Nick for any and all services required.

I price shopped several companies to replace a broken torsion spring. Innovative had the best price and the HomeAdvisor reviews were excellent, so I decided to go with Innovative. Nick was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He replaced the parts quickly, serviced my garage door, adjusted the open/close force, and tested the safety features. He also happily answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier with the service Nick provided and I would happily recommend his company to family and friends!

Nick was honest & fair about what was wrong. Offered repair with limited coverage due to age of door & opener. Working well for now. If more is needed Nick would be my first choice to take care of it. He clearly knows what he is doing and his prices are fair. Respectful & easy to deal with. My key pad did not always open the garage door. Nick, with Innovative Door Systems, was very prompt and professional. Easy to discuss options with Nick. He answered all my questions and concerns and did not try to push me to a new garage door opener or a new key pad. He called me about 10 minutes after I contacted HomeAdvisor and came out the next day to give me an estimate. I had him do the work on the spot! I will recommend him to friends who need garage door work done!

Nick was very prompt and professional! I definitely would recommend Innovative Door Systems to all of my friends and family. Nick installed a garage door opener for me. He did the work very well and it was completed in a reasonable amount of time. After installing the opener for me he even was thoughtful enough to mention the fact that I should get a key disconnect, so if the power went out one day I would be able to open my garage door. This company has fair prices and is very down to earth. I will for sure be a repeat customer!

The spring on my garage door broke, and we could not open our door. Nick came out and fixed it within 1 hour. He was professional and had a good safe work ethic. Since I'm an arm chair supervisor, he had to ask me to step away several times for safety reasons. He got the work done without all my help!!!! Really he was very nice and I would recommend him and his company to anyone.
