Garage door wasn't functioning properly so I called IDS, which I was referred to by a neighbor. Scheduled an appt, and couple days later, the gentleman showed up on time! I thought I was going to need a new opener but he advised that it wasn't necessary, just a few adjustments on the springs and opener. I found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable as he explained to me what he was doing as he was working. He also explained to me how to do the basic maintenance myself! Absolutely couldn't have found a better repair man! He did such a great job, I had him repair my parents door aswell!
