Do not do business with this guy, Todd Marcum. He did a coating on my driveway and front walk that lasted all of 6 months before it started peeling all over. He will quickly cash your check, and then give you excuses, not honor his warranties, not show up, and not return your calls or texts. Oh, and he demands that you to pay him AGAIN to do the job over! If you want a horrible job done at a high non-refundable price, well then, he is the guy for you! Otherwise, it is a hard pass. He did good work in the past, but not in 2025 and 2026. Even the State of Tennessee revoked his business license in August 2025. Plain and simple, he is a crook and loser who is seriously messed up. I wish I could give this review zero stars because that is what he deserves. I feel sorry for his wife and kids.

Innovative Floor performed the job on a large 3 car garage as described and expectations were met. We have already received many compliments on the finish and workmanship performed. If an individual in the greater Knoxville area is considering having a garage floor coated, the proper way, this company is strongly recommended. The big box store epoxy kits are difficult to apply and the results, inferior, and durability, debatable. This is not a job for amateurs! Done properly, having a garage floor coated by Innovative is sure to be aesthetically pleasing and should enhance the home's value for the future. I'm somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to a clean workshop and garage area. If you're like me you would want the job done right the first time. I'd highly recommend you call this company.

Mr. Marcum has coated two garage floors and one enclosed sunroom for us. He is very dependable, honest and provides excellent service. He uses a very high quality product and warranties his work. We highly recommend Mr. Marcum to perform concrete floor coatings.

Exceptional work performance and the garage floor coating was the best I have ever seen. Todd cares about his finished product. I am 100%+ satisfied with his work ethic and the price is more than reasonable. He is a young man who deeply cares about his customers and is so proud of the work he does. You don t find that much anymore. If you use his company you will NOT be unhappy with the price OR the finished product. My wife and I were amazed and so pleased with our garage floor. I can not say enough good things about this young man and his business.
