I only gave them one day notice to install carpet. They were there the next day. very prompt.

Overall great experience with Aaron. Not only did he do our vinyl flooring but we also hired him for our carpet. Very friendly and great customer service. Will deffinalty use this company in the future for other work.

Good experience

Innovative Flooring was professional and fast. The flooring was installed perfectly and I have not experienced any problems with the flooring and I had it done for a couple of months now. I would have liked the company to follow-up with me for satisfaction results, but despite that they did an good job.

I am very pleased with the results, although the scheduling was not up to my standards. For some reason, parts were not included in the job that needed to be and now I have to finish it myself. Innovative uses good quality materials.

The work was done promptly and was worth the price. you couldn't do better for finding an installer on-line. They are No. 1 on my list from now on.

Innovative flooring offered great quality product in the price range we were looking for. Took 1 days longer than what was originally quoted. They ensured all that was quoted is what we got to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the flooring project.

Overall they did a good job for a good price. However it took them two full days to complete three bedrooms. There was a mix up with the 1/4 round and they started to install unfinished pine next to my red oak trim. When I told them this would not do they threatened to raise the price. I then called Aaron, the person who gave me the quote; he took care of the problem and finished oak trim was installed. Then when they tried to put the doors back on the bedrooms two would not fit, the installers said because of the transition piece installed between the hallway and the bedrooms. The installers told us that we would have to hire a contractor to cut the doors down. I called Aaron and we discussed it and he stated he would come out and cut the doors for no extra cost. So this is now going into the third day, when he did come he cut one door and just hung the other. I think this is a good honest company, but the installers that worked at my house were the B team! They did not clean up very well, they seemed unhappy having to work for a living, and they several times said things that were not conducive to a good overall experience.

Installer was on time for appointment. Very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable young man. Quality of workmanship is 2nd to none. They are now my "Go To" flooring installers.

Duane and Junior, our installers, did excellent work. Our curved staircase was a tricky job. They paid attention to detail and were very professional and polite.

They stayed with thequoted price, great workmanship.

They were very accommodating with my switching the schedule around due to doc. appointments I couldn't move to another day or time. Always polite and happy to re-schedule me, no problem! They did a GREAT JOB on stretching my lvrm carpet and I had very minimal clean up around some edges. I need to get them back here to look at my basement floor! EXCELLENT JOB AND SERVICE.

Duane and Junior were very professional. They were accommodating and polite, and did a beautiful job on the carpet. I am very pleased with the results, and I would recommend them to anybody.

Mike was fantastic. He took the time to listen to what I really wanted and didn't just push the most expensive product on me. Then when we ran into a snag with an unknown dining room floor, he came up with great options at great prices. The carpet is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait for the new dining room floor. We'll be calling him and his team for our next projects also!

excellent service

I can't remember the last time I gave a 5 star rating but Mike and his team are worth it. They drywalled my basement. Then they painted and stained the walls and doors. They layed down carpet too but just as important they got rid of the mildew smell in the basement. I needed to get my home ready to sell and Mike and his team were absolutely fantastic. They communicated very well and to get the job done quicker they even worked on July 4th. His pricing was fair and he and his team went above and beyond to getting my basement looking great.
