I hired IHI to install new insulation and vinyl siding on my son's attached rambler. My experience overall in working with this team was excellent. From the start, Paul worked with us to address all of our goals for this project (warmer home, gaps filled in foundation to keep out mice, more effective insulation) and did not try to upsell us. Through every phase of the work he kept in constant communication, letting me know when materials would arrive, keeping me abreast of any new findings with the structure of the house as work unfolded. He even went above and beyond the call of duty in meeting our tight deadline for work completion because of a coming grandbaby. End result -- a warmer and more attractive house, work done by a highly professional and responsive staff -- all at a reasonable price and ahead of original timeline for completion. I highly recommend this firm!!

I used Innovative Home Improvements to replace the windows in my 3 story townhouse. This was the only company willing to give me a ballpark estimate without having to make an appointment so I could budget and plan for the windows. I had lots and lots of questions and Paul readily took the time to answer all of them completely without pressuring me to make a decision before I was ready. He even set up an appointment for me to see the windows in person at the manufacturer. I can't say enough about how smooth the process was and how quickly and efficiently the windows were installed once I finally made a decision. The installation team was prompt, conscientious and quick. They did an excellent job of cleaning up once finished. This company ticked all the boxes of what is important to me and I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again for any future work!

The job was perfect and professional

My house underneath the siding installed 4 years ago was a disaster. Paul's team of Mr. Jung and Alex had to use over 70 pieces of plywood to fix holes and rotted out areas. The team worked weekends when rain delayed efforts during the week and arrived between 730 and 9am each day and left most days after 6pm. They did an amazing job and have an outstanding work ethic. I gathered four quotes from different companies and Innovatives was at or below the others with one major difference, quality of the product quoted in the cost. The other companies only quoted for regular vinyl siding while Paul quoted 1 1/2 thick insulated siding. Coupled with Innovatives professionalism, work ethic and fair price, you won't regret working with their team.

The entire process was pleasant, professional and efficient. Pricing was significantly less than other quotes obtained. Paul was responsive and maintained communication throughout the process. The crew arrived on time, started immediately, and cleaned up well.
