Chris quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts and installed them. I am so happy to have my central vacuum system operating again.

I wasn t sure if I needed a whole new central vacuum. All my accessories were falling apart and the suction wasn t very good. Christopher came out and assessed the vacuum. He was honest and not a pushy salesman. Turns out the accessories were the culprit for all the issues. He ordered me new accessories & delivered them so I can get my house move in ready after having some remodeling work done. Great experience!

Chris went to the trouble of replacing the band on my carpet cleaner. I had no idea it even needed replacing.

The response to my Home Adviser message requesting information from Innovative Home Solutions was a call back from Chris within 2 minutes of my placing the request. The consultation that I scheduled on the call provided me with all the advise I needed on how to diagnose the problem with my 10+ year central vacuum system and enabled me to determine that I should replace. The scope of work proposed contained no surprises when the work was done and the cost was as quoted. The workmanship was flawless and no mess was left behind. I even learned everything I wanted to know about the system including best practices for maintaining it in top condition. If you have an issue with your central vacuum system, this is the place to go to get it fixed.

Chris was excellent and a true expert. My central vac never worked correctly and thought that was the strength of my vac. He has hands of gold because my Vaccum suction is so strong that it picks up everything. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Chris!!!!

Chris was knowledgeable, prompt and solved the problem in the most cost effective way. He also called a couple of days later to see if the central vac was working well. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who has a central vac problem.

Chris installed a central vacuum. We have a finished basement. I expected some of the tubing would have to be exposed. He found inovative ways to hide the tubing. This involved running a lot more tube than what he could have gotten away with. He found extra things that he could improve. He said it only took a few minutes extra so why not. No extra charge for the extra effort he put in. Professional job. Extremely pleased with his work. Highly recommend him.

Our older central vacuum system failed a few days before Christmas. Chris did everything he could do to help us. He picked up our vacuum, took it to his shop and rebuilt it. He also added an exhaust system to reduce noise and a bag adapter for improved suction. We also purchased new bags and some replacement tools. His prices were competitive. Chis checked our entire system for leaks and gave us some great advice. He went above and beyond with support and delivered an excellent customer experience. We will gladly recommend him to anyone and will call him again if we need his services.

Very knowledgeable about central vacuums and my specific needs; very neat and efficient. Made sure I was happy with each stage of the installation process whether it made more work for him or not.

Actually the technician called promptly and patiently listened to my story about the broken system. He then suggested a couple ways we might try to solve the problem ourselves. He called back after an interval to learn his suggestions worked. Way to go IHS!
