I was in a rush to get my ceiling insulated. My brand new condo ended up being terribly loud and needed to move fast once people bought the unit above mine. I am so happy with the results. They took care of everything too. They brought in people to drywall the holes and paint it up.

Innovative did a great job at my house! I hired them to insulate with closed cell spray foam in my basement and in my master bathroom which are both under construction right now. I was very happy with the crew that showed up. They were on time, very nice, and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Spray foam is expensive, but the quote I received from Mike and Richard was reasonable (compared to other companies). I was debating either going with foam boards and fiberglass or the spray foam and ultimately I feel that I made the right decision with going through innovative and the spray foam. Overall, I am very happy and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to insulate.

I thought it was a little pricey but I don't mind the price now because the problem I was having (fumes coming from outside and spiders) have been resolved so far. Highly recommended.

solid, but they sprayed an irreplaceable piece of artwork made by my grandmother. One of their main team members stopped by my house to check out the damage and took the piece and said he'd try to clean it up. That was a couple months ago...

I hired Innovation to insulate a master suite renovation that had elements widely scatter. They ended up missing a few small areas but we're extremely prompt in coming back to address the areas and keep the project on track. I would recommend Innovative for your insulation needs.

Hired Innovative to spray foam area between the foundation and the floor on the outside wall. When I was in my basement and saw a spider web blowing in the breeze, I knew I had a problem. I also had them due the ceiling area of my front porch that is under a bedroom. Innovative was very prompt, professional, clean and finished everything like they hadn't been there at all. I was hoping the difference would be more remarkable. I suppose I would have to do a lot more than just those areas as my projects come up I will definitely do more. Its worth it knowing I have blocked pests from entering my house in those areas.

Spray insulation is more expensive and will take longer to see our savings, but the product works much better and Innovative Insulation Solutions' team was great. They were clean, efficient and explained a why the job was done how it was. Our 50 year-old home has a few personality quirks and they solved the challenges it presented.
