Appropriately informed us of what to expect with finished project and did a good job of cleaning tile. Otherwise, very poor work. Tracked acid product and grout throughout house which was never cleaned up. Acid permanently discolored bath fixtures (didn't realize until Alex left). The caulk applied did not adhere and now water tracks along the tub onto the floor. Unfortunately, I paid with cash and could not stop payment to him. Now 6 weeks later and still unable to get Alex back out to assess the problem- he has not replied via email or phone. We are going to hire another contractor to fix the mistakes.

Only completed half of the job (grouting, did not install baseboard or clean up grout that was put in), no showed three times. Attempted to reschedule because of personal issues contractor was having, but multiple no shows forced us to ask him not to return to finish the job.

We had Alex out to repair our sinks that were installed incorrectly within our Granite countertops and he did a great job!
