Lawn Care Fertilize or Treatment Service
The $10,000 Lawn Care Mistake Want to turn your beautiful green lawn into a patch of dirt and get stuck with a $10,000 bill to replace it? Just hire Arbor-Nomics! They'll take care of the grass, permanently! I'll let the before-and-after pictures speak for themselves. We had a beautiful, healthy green lawn that we took a lot of pride in. We trusted Arbor-Nomics to help maintain it, not destroy it. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened. The most frustrating part isn't even the condition of our lawn. It's the fact that when things went wrong, Arbor-Nomics didn't stand behind their work. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. But how a company responds when something goes wrong says everything about its customer service and integrity. Now we're left looking at what was once a beautiful lawn and facing roughly $10,000 to replace what we already had. I never imagined hiring a professional lawn care company would leave me wishing I'd just done absolutely nothing. Apparently, th

Lawn Care Fertilize or Treatment Service
Fired! I've been a customer for more than 10 years. Two years ago I witnessed a technician skipping parts of my lawn. I reported it. I was asked to maintain confidence in the company to get it right. Three weeks ago I witnessed a technician place a treatment sign in my yard BUT he never applied product. Real slick, right. How many times was I charged but the service was not provided? I have called and asked for Josh for three weeks. It is outrageous that a manager refuses to call a long time customer who has been ripped off. Josh, refund the rest of year and you are fired.
Response from Arbor-Nomics Turf, Inc.
"Hi Tim, we're very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how concerning it would be to feel that services you were paying for may not have been completed, especially after being a customer for more than 10 years. We take these concerns seriously and would like the opportunity to investigate. We apologize for the frustration you've experienced while trying to reach management. Please send us your service address and contact information in a private message so we can review your account history, service records, and the concerns you've raised regarding your recent treatments. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We would appreciate the chance to look into this further and address your concerns."
