Arrived on time; took longer that estimated which cost me more. But did a great job in the end.

He did a great Job!!

They did an excellent job on replacing and repairing several components on my water heater. They also did an excellent job on replacing the spout diverter on my tub and replacing the faucet in my kitchen.

Plumber was good. Work was done well and quickly. There was some communication issues with the office.

1. Contract was for the job to be finished in three weeks. The job took nine weeks. 2. Several of the major tasks of the job had to be redone because of poor quality after his subs finished including: floors, tile, painting, plaster and tub glazing. The contractor credited me $1,500 and it cost significantly more than that to make the necessary repairs. That does not even include the jobs I fixed myself (painting). 3. Contractor told us that he was a licensed general contractor. He never showed us proof of registration and his name is not listed on the states general contractor list. 4. Contractor did not honor his work. Less than a month after completing the job, the A/C unit started leaking. The contractor said he would warranty the job for a year but never repaired the A/C unit. He did not show up as promised, did not return phone calls or texts and did not ever fix the leak. We had to hire a totally separate company to make the repair, paying the full amount on a brand new system. If you are interested in a contractor that took three times longer than agreed to finish a job, left substantial work to be redone, did not honor his work and is not licensed you found your man.
