"I do apologize for the inconvenience and adjust your invoice for the issues. However, you didn't fully explain the installation you never stated the washer and dryer were to be placed on a pedestal, when the tech got there and you called me about if he knew how to install them I advised you he had not installed on a pedestal before. The vent hose was placed on the dryer and the tech didn't bring because I asked before coming out did you need those items and you stated you had the items need to hook up both the washer and dryer, we were called the morning of the appointment and advised you didn't have the gas line and we need to stop and get one. We have a 90 day warranty on all work done so the tech could have came back out and correct the small oversight on the disposal. But you stated you would do it yourself. I feel the adjustments made to your invoice should have covered the issue you had especially since you were not clear this was not a one-man job but two, one man can not place a washer and dryer on pedestal alone. The tech worked and stayed well past the time frame to please you. Again I am sorry for the inconvenience that you experience."
