We had a water leak and they brought their meters and checked the floors then said it was ok..insurance company sent another company to check and they found 3 water leaks throughout the house. We had to move out of the house for 2 months and Innovative put a lien on our house..I will never use them again under any circumstances

The installation was seamless with no issues. They had the correct supplies to perform the job. They were very knowledgeable, nice and courteous. They also cleaned up after themselves. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company to anyone. This company is truly a five star company.

t The work was especially outstanding. Because of material delays, the scheduling office kept us timely informed about the project. When the crew arrived they kept a very clean construction area while protecting the rest of the house from dust. Last but not least the crew had a very professional work ethic and the finished product was outstanding.

Innovative Restorations repaired and remodeled our master bath and it was truly a great experience. We had used another contractor and it was a disaster (all of the previous work had to be completely redone). Dean helped us make a plan to fix single thing and he was so reassuring. Keenan, Whit, and JT did the work of repair and installation and they were respectful, clean, and skilled. They always double checked to make sure we were on the same page and were happy to explain anything. It was such a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.
