We called Innovative for a quote. They came quickly and gave a great quote. The crew came yesterday, worked all day and did a fantastic job! They were all professional, kind, and hard workers. They did a fantastic clean up after. Our driveway is not the easiest to get down to the house, but Innovative had a great plan! We highly recommend them for your next job!!

I put in a request on their website and Jordan called me later that day and set up an appointment time. He showed up for the appointment exactly on time. He was extremely courteous and professional. He climbed up on the roof and took pictures off the problem areas. He also made a video of himself stepping on a specific area to show me that the decking was rotting underneath. He gave me an estimate to replace 2 pipe boots, replace the shingles in that area, replace the damaged decking board and to install water and ice shields in that area. We agreed on the price and he told me it would be about a week for them to come out because of their busy schedule. That was on a Friday. Then the following Monday morning Jordan texted me to let me know they were coming that day to do the job. After the job was completed, Jordan sent me pictures of the areas before the job and then after it was completed. He even took pictures of the damaged decking when it was exposed to show me how bad it was. I am relieved that the job is done, and I am very happy that I went with Innovative Roofing. I highly recommend them and I will use them in the future should I ever need to.

Bob from Innovative was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional through the entire project cycle. The quality of the work, the diligence of the crew (especially on clean up afterwards), and their punctuality was much appreciated. Innovative did a full replacement on both our home and garage in just 2 days! All minor issues were resolved promptly (not contractor is perfect!) and all warranty documentation was delivered in a timely fashion. Only time will tell just how good a roof system it is (GAF) and how well it was installed, but based on my years of actual roofing experience as a licensed property manager and having worked for 2 different home builders, I would say this has been one of the best roofing experiences I have had in over 40 years in the business.

The response time was amazing. Jordan called the same day I requested information and came out to look at my roof immediately. His solution to my difficult roof was practical and within budget. The following week his roof master, Oscar appeared with Jordan to walk the roof and scope the job. The next day the crew arrived. They not only fixed my presenting problem, they found a hole in the roof, additional soft wood and a slope issue (no wonder I was having issues!). All were fixed with a perfectly cleaned site, no roof nails and even with the next downpour, no leaks and perfect drainage. What was to take 1 day took 2, but I paid the quoted price. If you want an honest, professional, company Innovative Roofing and Siding is your company...they are real problem solvers and roofing craftsmen.

They are honest and no hidden fees. They go by the quote you are given. Came when they said they would and job finished same day. Cleanup of job was awesome. Jordan was wonderful to work with and did an inspection before asking for payment. Wanted to be sure we were satisfied with job. No more leaky roof!! I would highly recommend Innovative Roofing. Jordan with Innovative Roofing called me with in an hour of posting my request on Home Advisor. I had a roof leak and he was able to come out the next morning, back that afternoon to make repairs, and back the next morning (a Sunday) to complete it. He and his crew were very professional and prompt, considering another round of rain was moving in the next day. It turned out to be a more difficult repair than initially thought and required more labor intensive work, but the cost stayed the same. Great peace of mind and his advice concerning the condition of my roof going forward is invaluable. Thank you again Jordan!

After having a few issues with another company, Innovative Roofing and Siding steps up, took on the roofing project and accomplished this job in a professional and timely manor. I spoke to the project manager one day, the next he was at my house giving me a quote, and the following morning the project was started and completed. This company arrived when they say they will , finishes the job on time and customer service is top notch. Highly Recommend!!!
