Consultation with Mike was on time and professional. He guided me through selection process based on my preferences and ordering was quick and easy. Tina was readily available to advise on work scheduling and updates. Installers were professional and courteous and did excellent work. Very happy with my new floors!

Our kitchen floor needed replacement. It was a relatively small project. Yet Mike did not hesitate to take it upon himself to do the job. The price, once we selected the material, was very reasonable. The crew showed up on time and did a marvelous job. They were very careful to protect the rest of the wood floor next to the kitchen, and left the whole area clean and spotless. When we came to pay the balance of the bill, Mike remembered that we didn't use some of the materials that he ordered for the job (we didn't even remember that), and voluntarily credited us with the difference. Mike's honesty was very touching and appreciated. We don't hesitate to recommend him whole heartedly, nor would we hesitate to hire him again if the need arises.

Mike and his team were very professional and did a beautiful job refinishing our hardwood stairs. I could not have asked for anything more. I wiould not hesitate to use them again and I will recommend them highly to my friends my and family.

Mike came by and gave an estimate for replacing all the carpet in my home. After comparing the three companies I decided to use his company for several reasons. Mike's estimate was not the lowest, but he provided more details and was willing to find the exact flooring we already had and at a reasonable price. The other companies tried to push their flooring choices which were not an exact match. Mike's crew arrived with the flooring and carefully placed it in our home for acclamation. After 4 days the installers arrived and moved our furniture, removed the carpet, cleaned the sub floor and laid out the new flooring. I was given the opportunity to reject any flooring that had imperfections before they nailed it in. When installation was completed I was still able to re-inspect and swap out a few boards that looked out of place. One of the installers took extra time and care to blend in the top stair tread with the new flooring to make it appear seamless. Mike came by to inspect the floors with me before requesting final payment. We are pleased with results and would recommend them to anyone.

I hired Floor Decor & More to replace my hardwood floors and carpet. Mike was really helpful and patient when I stopped by the store to pick out the hardwood and carpet. The price was reasonable compared to some of the competitors I was looking at. I would use the company again for similar projects without hesitation.

Mike and Patricia were both great. Both provided excellent communication and answered all my questions in a timely matter. The best part is that we only had 1/2 square foot of backsplash tile left over when it was all said and done. Will hire again

This is the second home project that we used Home Décor and More for and my comments and adulations for this company would only be repeated so I want. I'll just say that Home Décor and More is now our go to company for any/all future home projects. In short they provide superb service in a timely manner and I TRUST THEM!!!

In a nutshell, superb in every area. From my first call to Patricia in the office, Mike coming out to discuss, measure and provide cost estimate they both were and are top notch professionals and easy to deal with very eager to please. They both go above and beyond just doing their jobs. The installers they sent out were at the top of their game. On time and they did a beautiful job removing the old carpet and pad and installing the new. Very careful moving around the house and the area they worked in was spotless when they finished.

The level of communication was key through the whole process. Mike was easy to get a hold of, and quickly scheduled our work. The work was done quickly and looks great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

There were several problems at the beginning of this job that were out of Floor Décor and More's control. My tile was supposed to arrive on a Thursday but did not. I was told it would for sure be there on Monday. A tile order did arrive but it was the wrong order. My order was shipped to another store. Now we were looking at Wednesday for right tile to arrive at the right store. I was told the installer would be there on Wednesday and be able to complete the job in one day. My order was for approximately 200 SF of tile and backer board to be installed. The tile installer showed up around 3:30 in the afternoon and worked until almost 11 PM. He completed about half of the job and said he would finish up Thursday, "no problem". He showed up Thursday about the same time- 3:30. Found out he had another full time job and does this on the side. He worked until about 9:30 and had the job about 95% complete. A few cuts and grout and he would have been done. The problem for us was that we were moving in on Friday and we didn't want to have to work around the unfinished work. The tile came back on Monday and finished the job but there were grout spots missing and some joint inconsistency. Patty worked very hard to keep me informed but overall it was less than a great experience.

Refinished a 20x20 floor in a new home that had been covered up with carpet for years. The floor looks amazing now! They were quick, neat and professional! Couldn't have asked for a better team to get this work done!

Floor Decor & More did a great job on my hardwood floors. Customer service was excellent, and they were very easy to work with. They came in on time and completed the job as requested. We had to make some changes due to the new owner's request, and Mike and his crew adjusted the work to their specifications.

I had less than a week to open the business and I needed to put a new floor, I called them and Mike offered several options and saved me money. The installers did a great job. I will use them again.

We had Bruce install a backsplash with a pretty complicated mosaic tile and metallic grout. He was always on time, kept the our home clean and wasted minimal product. Overall work superior.
