Replaced old top down system with new hilkvision cameras along with nvr. Great and clear video. 4 buildings, using bridge system, no wires from building to building. Installation is neat, organized. Jereme is professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Michelle, is very pleasant, also customer oriented and quick in responses to mail. I would highly recommend IT'D. I have become very leery about hiring home improvement people, but innovative Technologies and Design far exceeded my expectations. From my initial contact until the work was completed I recieved everything that I was promised, and the work was well done.

I had surround sound rear speakers installed in my ceiling due to the open ended nature of the room. Jeremy had a plan to hide all the wires and give us a clean look. The install went great and I am very pleased with the quality of the equipment purchased through IT&D and how it all worked out. Great customer service, I thought the price was pretty fair considering this was all custom work,

1st, the woman that called me to set up the appointment was phenomenal! The gent called when he was on his way, came in and was absolutely very courteous and professional. Showed him what I thought the issue was and he got right to business troubleshooting. Found the issue and was out the door. And I really appreciated that their price was standard and very competitive. Have had issues in the past where contractors show up and give you a price based off the home size they just walked into versus the price to complete the task.

Jeremy did a great job installing our 85â inch tv and surround sound system in the theater room. He explained everything and showed us how to use the remote. Would highly recommend this company. Pricing was more than reasonable and showed up when scheduled. We plan to have them come back out to install more speakers for whole home stereo system.

Best experience I've had. Solved my problem where no one else could. Made sure all my systems worked to my satisfaction. I have a couple of more projects to have done and I definitely will be calling them to do the work. THANKS AGAIN FOR AJOB WL DONE. I highly recommend them.

Jeremy was personable, knowledgeable and fixed my speaker issue. Cleaned up afterwards and explained thoroughly how to operate the system. Same day service was greatly appreciated.
