Innovative Vision Windows, Glass & Doors

These guys are used by Lowes for front door installation services. On the measuring appointment they showed up an hour before my scheduled appointment. I took time off from work to be there, I did not know they had come by until I looked at my Ring Cameras. Then on the installation day, I took the day off to be there for the appointment time from 8-10 am. They called at 9:45 am to say they were not coming, the door was broken and someone was sick. Then the story changed to a truck broke down. This company is unprofessional and I am shocked that Lowes uses a company like Innovative Visions. Oh also to woman at their office texted me and said, ?I am not going round and round with you. If you want to cancel then cancel?. They cost me hundreds of dollars taking time off to be there for their appointments. My advice = Do not use this company!

I was very happy with Innovative Vision Company. I had windows replaced, a new front door and replaced the slider going into our back yard. They were on site as scheduled. Went right to work and kept everything neat and clean. I would recommend them without hesitation. Nice and polite staff.

I would give a 10 rating but 5 is the highest I can do here. My wood front door had been made to hold a large piece of stained glass, which was a copy of the door in my husband's childhood home. The wood had rotted from water hitting the door. The stained glass meant a lot and I never thought I would be able to save it. I saw Innovative Visions on Angi. Ramon came by and explained what they could do. They started and finished the door today. It looks much better than when it was first done. Moving stained glass from one place to another is challenging and they did it so beautifully. Ismael and the guys are artists. I am so happy with the finished door and so glad I learned about Innovative Visions on Angi. Thanks for making my whole house look so much better. I love my new door.
