Innovative Wood Finishing, LLC

Bob and his team were professional, meticulous and thorough. Did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Bob and team are phenomenal. Customer service is second to none. I trusted them in my home when I was not there. What was truly impressive was their prep work and quarantining areas to prevent dust transmission. You wonâ t be disappointed!!!!

Good work in a timely fashion

I have owned my home for almost 30 years and have had many projects done. This was the most professional job ever, Our kitchen looks beautiful with the update of our cabinets. I have referred Bob to two friends who already hired him . Sandi B.

Bob was professional and efficient. He did a great job and improved our kitchen immensely.

Bob was a pleasure to work with. His time frame was perfect for my Kitchen cabinet re painting project. I had several damaged doors that were refinished and look brand new! The installation and spraying of the kitchen was seamless and for me it was a job done in one day. The crew was meticulous and the finished project is a wonderful update!

Refinish my cabinets with paint was one of the best upgrades I ve done to my house. From communication with Bob to the overall look of the project, I am 100% satisfied. Bob was extremely responsive and came to my house in a timely manner to provide a quote. Then he gave me an accurate time frame in which the project would be completed. He communicated with me via text during the entire process, so I always knew where he was at with it. The day after the cabinets were installed, I noticed one had a strange pink dot in the paint (found out later it was permanent marker bleeding through that I put on my cabinets in the past). I texted with Bob and he came out the next day and realized he would have to do something special and at his shop go fix it. He was back the next day with it fixed perfectly. I would 110% recommend Bob for refinishing of cabinets, he is a true professional.

Bob O'Connell is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with hands down. He is very responsive, meticulous in his prep by covering all of the areas that are not being refinished and the quality finish at completion is beautiful. Bob replied immediately when whenever I texted and he addressed each of my concerns promptly. I had paid Bob in full on the morning of his last day of the project because I had to leave. Later in the day he said two of the doors were not to his liking and he would have to come back. He left the check on my counter stating he needed to get it right before he took payment. Honest Man! His crew is polite and take great care with the surrounding areas. I would recommend this company for anyone who is considering refinishing ANY wood surfaces.

I have never worked with a contractor who is so prompt and on top of things. I would text him to ask a question and he would always get back to me before the end of the day. His crew is so polite and neat. I canâ  t say enough good things about this company. We are very pretty particular but we were very impressed!

Beautiful transformation from dated and faded Natural Maple Wood kitchen cabinets to beautiful, clean, fresh, updated white cabinets with a flawless paint finish that looks like it came from the cabinet factory. Excellent to work with Bob and his team. Bob kept me posted at each step and kept to the scheduled promised! Highly recommend him for anyone who wants to refinish their kitchen cabinets. Outstanding quality paint finish!

They are amazing. I constantly recommended them to everyone.

The finish of the cabinets that he painted, are as close to factory finished as you can get! He was responsive, communicated texts to me throughout the day so I knew exactly what was going on in my home, and site prepped my home so thoroughly there was minimal dust! It like I have a brand new kitchen and the bathroom cabinets look so new, it's unreal! I have absolutely no complaints - I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to update the kitchen & bath cabinetry.
