Chris (the owner) evaluated my old HVAC system and provided several options. In the end we elected a full HVAC system replacement. He and his team did and outstanding job of replacing the system. Super clean and high quality. Both in terms of the equipment and workmanship.

I am 70 y.o. retired and really appreciate the fact that Chris, Frank, and Tom did a super-quality job. They worked hard and didnt compromise on anything, did the job on time, and are really honest people you can count on. There are lots of HVAC installers in our area, and i researched thoroughly before deciding to go with INNOVATIVE MECHANICAL -we are very glad we did. I totally recommend them!

I am a DIY guy., an old guy in my mid-seventies, a retired engineer. I have been fixing equipment my whole life. Hell, I still have a 1968 Harley and a 1970 VW beetle that I bought new, and they are both still like new... That said, my 50-year-old Linux air conditioner was not so cool anymore. I troubleshot it myself (as is my custom) until I (incorrectly) came to the conclusion that the compressor was shot, and called Chris for a replacement unit. Chris basically. after reviewing what I had done, was convinced that the compressor was not shot, and said to me I think I can fix this thing, want me to give it a try? Long story short, the AC is up and running again.. He would have replaced it at a very competitive price if I had insisted. I understand (and so does IMS) that everything has an expiration date. But it is not necessarily the date stamped on the milk jug. I guess you can guess who I will call the next time I need help with something like this.... To say the least, I was extremely impressed with both his technical skills and his ethics.

I had a small job of extending the gas line to my deck. They worked with me on the best/most effective route and got me on the schedule within a few days. The tech Frank did a great job. I'm very pleased with the end product.

IMS is my new go-to for any future HVAC work. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. The work he did was amazing. He was able to work with what we had to save money, and now we have far more air flow than we've ever had. Hire him. You won't be sorry.

Chris priced the system very well, listened well as I explained my needs, installed the system quickly and even worked with my own electrician of choice. Frank & Chris were fast and courteous on the job. As a retired HVAC contractor I know good from bad and it was done properly at a fantastic price point.

Chris and Frank did an awesome job installing my natural gas garage heater they did a professional job and their pricing was very reasonable every time I called or texted Chris the owner I received a prompt reply I would definitely recommend innovative mechanical solutions!
