Kathy and Andie did a great job sanding, power washing and staining our deck. They came back 5 times <some weather issues> to complete the job and the deck looks great. Hire these company if you want a project done well

They did a great job cleaning both my patio and garage floor for my 16 year old home.

They did good work and were flexible to meet my schedule. However their follow up was much less than expected. After applying their sealant which was guaranteed to stay clean without soap scum or mold buildup we encountered significant mold buildup. After calling several times to report it and leaving messages, Kathryn called me back. When I asked her to come out to look at it she said she would check her schedule and call me back. Well... after at least 5 months she still has not called back! Poor customer service.

Katherine and her company provided the best service I could possibly ask for. After stripping and re-paining my deck the first time I realized that the previous paint was beginning to warp and peel off (it was not designed for outdoor use and the new paint caused the old paint to warp on its own). This of course was not the fault of In or Out in the slightest. After realizing what happened, Katherine and her team came back out and completely re-did the job for no additional charge! They even made multiple trips to accommodate bad weather and my hectic schedule. I cannot say enough about the wonderful job and wonderful service provided by Katherine and her team. Will absolutely be hiring them for my next project!

THIS COMPANY IS JUST AMAZING TO SAY THE LEST . THIS COMPANY DID CEMENT OVERLAY ON MY FRONT PORCH AND MY SIDEWALK ( WHICH THE PORCH HAD SO MUCH CARPET GLUE ON IT FROM PREVIOUS OWNERS HAD BRIGHT BLUE CARPET GLUE ON THE FRONT PORCH AND IT HAD TO BE GRINDED DOWN TO OVERLAY IT AND AND THEN THEY PRIMED/PAINTED ALL MY HOUSE SHUTTERS A DIFFERENT COLOR. THIS COMPANY CAME AS A HIRED PROJECT BUT LEFT AS FRIENDS. I WILL CALL THEM FOR ALL MY REPAIRS. HIGH RANKING ON COMMUNICATION, INTEGRITY , AND PERFECTION .

They were determined to please, so before they finished they had me inspect their work. They rewashed several areas that I pointed out and were very pleasant about doing it. They arrived exactly when they said they would and took a little less time than expected. The only problem was that some of my painted trim on the windows and around a door had the paint sprayed off. I realize the paint had been there for a very long time, so I understand how it happened. Also, by using my water and not using chemicals or cleaner, I felt the price was just a little high.

I called them on short notice and they got me in their schedule. The work was done and done right! The house and deck look awesome. I painted the deck this weekend and look forward to having the rest of the home done in a few months...

What a team of hard working women! They were wonderful and did a great job of power washing our home, 200&apos; of poly fence and 200&apos; wooden privacy fence plus all the concrete including porch and all sidewalks! They worked hard and fast. We would definitely hire them again and we will be recommending them to all our family and friends that need work done around their home. Thanks Andie & Kathy!!!
